facebook plugin created so much traffic on my host that the host shut my site down. I had to disconnect the plugin and unistall in order to get my website back on line. This means that I can’t refresh my Facebook shop either.
what is the fix?

Today I received this e-mail from my host:

For some reason, the SEO and readability scores have disappeared.

I have followed advice on other posts and have checked that all plugins are up-to-date.

It has been mentioned in other posts that there may be a plugin that could be causing a conflict, however, I have not downloaded any new ones and I am unable to identify which one may be causing the issue.

Any advice welcome.

I cleared cookies and it didn’t help. I deleted the plug-in directory via SFTP and that didn’t help. Every time I log in, I’m re-directed to the above error page at

What else do I need to do to uninstall this completely? Other files I need to edit manually or delete?

ultimate member private content, – i cant find the update to the latest version to get this to activate without throwing up an error about the incorrect version so stuck on version 1.0.0

next social activity same issue as above, and cant find a working version.

I have downloaded all the pugin from my download page and made sure everythig is licensed up, etc etc.

i also tried to down grade to 2.0.2 and this is also not working and through up an error for all my activated plugins for incompatible version and i should download the latest version.

Guys this is urgent and looking at the rest of the posts on here, its the same for everyone else.

please resolve this ASAP.

First my scans wouldn’t complete and I had to make changes to my settings to make it work and now, I’m tackling the issue of not receiving notifications of logins, failed attempts or blog post comments.

I went to the Options tab and noticed that the test for emails has disappeared which means I cannot resolve this problem on my own.

Please advise my next step.

I purchased the WP ContactForm software (personal version) and was able to install it and use it, but then my client wanted other features which were only available in the Pro version, so I upgraded/purchased the Pro version.

I was not able to save any previous form created with the Personal Version (developer flaw) and had to uninstall the Personal Version to install the Pro Version. Once the Pro version was installed, I still was not able to use the additional features that came with the Pro Version and was livid! I emailed Creative-Solutions.net (multiple times) about this and no response. I then created a login ID so I can post a question/comment in the forum with no result. I then emailed the developer (Simon) multiple times without response.

So I made 2 purchases with this company and not only did I lose my original form I created, but now I can’t use the Pro version because it flags a dialog box indicating that I need the Pro version although it says I already have it installed.

BUYERS BEWARE! Legal action may be taken against this company/developer!

As a result I have had to remove the CAPTCHA fields off all my forms (5) and leave the area blank – but I don’t want to do this. I have contact form 7 installed and it prompts me to download this plugin every time I try to add a CAPTCHA field.

I would dearly love this plugin to show but it won’t. Any suggestions?
