I hope someone can help me. Google insight is saying it that the speed is good. What can i do more to make the website faster?

You write in your FAQ here “I don’t see the default gravatar on my options page!
If you selected empty gravatar in wp-admin -> Settings -> Discussion, then it’s ok. Otherwise try to resave the options and it should appear.”

Unfortunately our default avatar still does not show in your plugin’s settings page, there is this “broken link” symbol. We do have it set though, in discussion settings. So I looked at that page’s source code and it shows this, does this help you to say why it doesn’t work in your plugin?

…The redirect chain was the reason for looking for your plugin in the first place… I want to get rid of that too.

I recently switched from Bluehost to MediaTemple hoping to increase my speeds. I start completely new and wiped all of my files on my site. I re-installed everything with W3TC as my cache plugin.

Is there a specific host you recommend, or can you tell me what kind of host I need to have so that I can have access to memcached or opcode? I have seen on some sites where people say that I am wasting my time with W3TC if I don’t have access to memcache or opcode. (This is my current host package https://mediatemple.net/webhosting/gs/)

Im using cloudflare pro with MAXCDN together my website is very fast, but I seen other wordpress websites with worse score than mine in GTMetrix but they have instant category switching,

is there a plugin for that ? I tried preloader-meta plugin but it doesnt worked as I thought it would(no instant) am I missing something ?
