If this is a false alarm and you’re saying that the lite version isn’t affected, why don’t you fix this false alarm so it won’t bother us?
]]>Right now it’s causing problems with page cache detection, with REST API and some times with object cache detection. This doesn’t happens when this plugin is disabled or in “log only” modes. From my point of view it causes a false alarm or an unnecessary alert to the user, because there isn’t really any of the problems reported by the WordPress health check procedures.
It could be nice if this issue could be solved in future releases.
Cheers!

This plugin is DANGEROUS and needs removing ASAP!!!!
]]>So according the plugin 2 days ago (24th march) An admin user with the username XYZ was created outside of WordPress.
Type: Unknown Administrator
.
XYZ
is just a placeholder for my real username that I really do use on that site, I replaced it myself. The message of course holds my real Username.
I have checked and I have no other user on that site with XYZ
as username, obvious, since that’s me and I am the admin. So there could not be a second user with the same user name.
Why is this message being pushed, and should we ignore it? I would consider this a bit alarming because users will “panic”, while there seems no reason to panic at all.
Most of all I am confused why WF detects this to be happened 2 days ago while the site is years old and WF is installed on it since a good while now.
Anything related to the update recently pushed?
Would appreciate input on this, thanks.
]]>1) Received a message from Wordfence saying:
* The Plugin “SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle” needs an upgrade (1.15.4 -> 1.15.5)
2) Logged into WP admin and there are no updates noted – no number in the titlebar or sidebar; update page says: Your plugins are all up to date.
3) On plugins page SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle says:
Version 1.15.4 | By SiteOrigin | View details – with no update mentioned.
Any clue on what’s going on here? This happened on several sites, same plugin but three different hosts. Using Safari Version 12.1 (14607.1.40.1.4) but also checked in Firefox 66.0.3 just to make sure.
Thanks,
Alison
That is very irritating.
I have removed “protect logged-in users” but that did not solve the problem.
Please advise

]]>I enabled Cloudflare on one of my sites yesterday, and ever since, BruteProtect is reporting that my site is down. However, it’s very clearly not.
I’ve narrowed it down to either the “Auto Minify” or “Rocket Loader” settings that are causing the false alarms. I’d like to use whatever I can to improve performance, but I need a better understanding of what BruteProtect is looking for to verify that a site is up.
Once I know that, I might be able to figure out a work-around, or maybe you already have one in the works.
Thanks for your help.
