I am struggling with a problem with Contact Form 7 forms

On the initial attempt to send I get the error message
“Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

If then re-attempt to send it go through successfully

Any idea guys?

Hi everyone, thanks in advance for your help.

I’m getting an orange-box error of “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

I read this entire article, but I turned of Askimet, and I’m not using a Comment Blacklist or a caching plugin, so I don’t know why I’m getting this error. I am using a staging site, if that makes a difference, but I set this up in my staging site so I don’t see how that could be an issue.

It even happens when I only have these fields.

Your Name (required)
[text* your-name]

Your Email (required)
[email* your-email]

[submit “Send”]

Contact Form 7 fails to work

one and half years ago i have developed my website using wordpress and i have used contact form 7 plugin to set up the contact us page and it has been working fine since the last two months now it fails to send mails to the configured mail. what i mean is when i try to send a mail from the page it displays a message that says “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.” which is with red border. i don’t know the reason why? i have referred different forums and accordingly i have tried to configure the contact form 7 setting differently but it doesn’t work yet. once again i have contacted someone from the hosting server and asked about the problem and told me that the “issue could be with the plugin configuration. You can also contact plugin vendor for further assistance”. so i am urgently seeking your help anyone who come across that before please help me to fix that.

Contact form 7 is throwing error message whenever trying to send the mail
error is :Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.
i have tried :
1. deactivating all the plugins installed
2.Changing the theme
3.Changing senders and receiver email-Id in Contact form edit panel
4.adding WP SMTP plugin and set the port to 587

Am i missing anything ? among the above , i dont now much about setting SMTP options- i followed WordPress plugin support form to set the options , rest are done properly.

i have this “normal” cf7 error:
“Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

how can i debugg this / log the error to see why it doesnt work?
it suddenly happened. maybe through a plugin update o.s.

how can i enable logging errors to debug this cf7 smtp / sending problem?
