Contact form not working with recaptcha

Just in the past couple of weeks my form has quite working. It will send a “failed to send message, contact xxxxx.” When I delete the recaptcha site keys and put them back in, it will work for about one day. Any suggestions/ideas? I am running the latest updates on everything on my site.

There was a temporary glitch with my mail server, due to which the contact form processing terminated showing the error message for Sender’s message failed to send under the Messages Tab.

Please let me know if it is possible to get back the requests that were made during the time the mail server was down.

I have several forms on my page and all are doing this now.
I believe we are hosted on GoDaddy.

Everything was working fine until today. Nothing changed on my end – Was there an update to Contact Form 7?

Orange box NOT showing when spam (but text is showing)

I am having trouble getting the orange box to show when I try to test for spam. The text “Failed to send you message…” is showing, and all other boxes are shown in the right color when testing, but for some reason the box that is supposed to be orange is just gone, only the white text is left standing (which is hard to see, if the background color is white in the first place).

Any one having the same problem or a solution to my problem?

Well, I would have responded to the established thread, but I couldn’t since it was marked “closed”.

For anyone who was following the other thread, I thought I’d update you on how I resolved the issue for my client. I had just updated their site to WP 4.4.1 and within a day got reports that their contact form had stopped working. The site is hosted on GoDaddy, in case that matters, and the form was absolutely formatted properly and had been working well for the past two years. Today, I restored from a previous backup–where I ended up rolling back to WP 4.4 AND CF7 4.3–and the form is working properly again.

So, there must be some kind of incompatibility between the recent CF7 update and the recent WP update. I’m just not 100% sure which combination(s) of the two are good. And again, I do think hosting is related, because my company hosts most of our clients’ sites and I’m not seeing this issue anywhere else.

Anyway, just wanted to post an update, in the hopes that it helps somebody else who’s having issues.

I configure the postman but still failed to send message

Dear Sir or Madam,
Because I failed to send message in the contact form 7 from my website, I install the postman plugin.

But when I fill the e-mail server hostname and other information according to its requirements, I still failed to send message. It hints this in red box:
“Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

And there has one problem, I am not sure how to fill the fifth step:Authentication. What does it mean by the “username”? Is it my e-mail login account or the new account I need to register here? I tried both the two ones, but still failed to send message.

I have the screenshots. How can I send them to you?

Test email works, but contact form still "fails to send message"

I’ve read through all the help documents and watched all videos I can find on this topic, but somehow I still can’t seem to configure Postman to work with Contact Form 7 and Bluehost. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

I am able to send a test email from Postman to the account: [email protected], but when I try to fill out the contact form on the front end, the error still reads “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

Is this a problem with Postman, Contact Form 7 or Bluehost? I can’t seem to figure it out. Please help I’ve been working on this for days!!

We are using Contact Form 7 Version 4.1.2 on our wordpress site. We have a contact form located here:

When you fill out the form, it gives this error “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

I have gone into edit section of the contact form in WP-Admin and here is what the current settings are:

Mail:
To: [email protected]
From: [email protected]
Subject: [Subjectcategory]

Message Body:
From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [Subjectcategory]

Message Body:
[your-message]

Version 1.1.2 Not workin With Contact Form Plugins tested

Hello.

I have reverted back to the previous plugin version as version 1.1.2 did not send contact forms, although the test function delivered emails.

I have tested contact form 7 and also Contact form from Best Web Soft. Both these did not work with Easy WP SMTP.

If you have the same problem try installing the previous plugin version, it worked for me.

Thank you for a great plugin by the way, please investigate a fix.
