Hello everyone, I’ve recently encountered a problem with a site I used to manage before. I didn’t touch it for a long time and recently I found out it doesn’t work anymore and I get the following error when trying to access it:

I tried troubleshooting and understanding where the problem is exactly and I think that it might be because wordpress wasn’t updated for a few years. I might be wrong that is why I am writing here with hopes of someone knowledgeable seeing this post and helping me fix this.
Also some things to note: I can’t login to www.remarpro.com since the website was created by developer which contact I don’t have anymore, what I have is FTP access which I think is enough to fix this. I appreciate anyone who could help me out and find a solution to this problem.

Hello,

I’m writting this post cause I don’t have any solution for one of my old website. When I tried to visit the url or the admin page i get this message:

No such file or directory in?/homepages/24/d310112792/htdocs/wp-settings.php?on line?111

So since I don’t have acces to the wordpress dashboad, I check on filezilla the phpsettings file and this is the line 111:

require ABSPATH . WPINC . ‘/functions.php’;

I don’t know what to do and I would really appreciated some help.

Hi all,

I’m ecountering an error when installing Duplicator.

After installing and activating the Plugin from the WP install menu, my website encounteres a fatal error.

After wating a few minutes, I deleted the plugin via control panel and tried again. However, I encountered the same error.

Team Builder Plugin Causing Pages to Crash

Hi,

Have been using and loving your plugin for years.

However, we are now experiencing an error, where on any page we use the Team Builder short code, the website displays a critical error, with the following error message (when display_errors is turned on):

Happyforms update broke my site

On Feb. 23 I received an update notice of an update to “Happyforms (free) version 1.25.1”. I didn’t check my site immediately, but noticed a few days later that it was down. Trying to visit the site resulted in this error:

Yesterday I received a WordPress recovery link by email, but clicking it resulted in the same error. I contacted my provider and they disabled the happyforms plugin. My site is now back up, but customers can’t contact me. I’ve logged in to my site’s File Manager and looked at line 114 of happyforms.php, but from that I can’t tell what to look for next. I’m not a Web developer, so any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

i upgraded the plugin from v2.1.1 to v2.1.3 and now my react project no longer works and when i go to the wp-admin reactpress page it’s blank with only this error message:

Rec’ing warning then fatal error in Chrome but not other browsers

I have an intermittent problem that first started appearing on June 7. The support chat I had with my host Siteground said that because the error doesn’t name a plug-in it must be with the theme.

In general, a page that has been deployed from our staging site to our main site *may* display the error message below to some endusers and not others or the same enduser (me) can see it in one browser but not others. The error is always the same, regardless of which page has been deployed.

Today’s problem is that I see this error when I look at https://thelacemuseum.org/past-workshops-images/ in Chrome. I can see the page fine in Firefox and Opera. The Siteground support person could see it fine in Firefox, Chrome and Safari.

Siteground support said “The error is – > failed to open stream: Too many open files meaning that one of the scripts that were running was possibly miscofugured an opening and running things without closing them until it hits the limit on the server side. Since the path of the error does not mention any specific plugin cause it, this mean it is likely connected to the theme of the website.”

I’ve cleared all the caches in Chrome and Siteground. How can I fix this problem so it won’t happen again?

Something has gone wrong with the plugin. I tried deleting the plugin via FTP. No luck.

I can’t even log into the site.
