I’m not sure how to address this problem with my WooPayments plugin. The plugin is auto-paused because it has failed to load due to this issue:

I’m encountering an intermittent issue with my WordPress site where it sometimes does not display correctly. The issue seems to resolve itself without any intervention, but it keeps recurring. I have checked for common problems like caching, plugin conflicts, and theme issues, but I have not identified the root cause.

I observed the following errors in the browser console when the issue occurs

I am getting this issue: Failed to load plugin url: wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/build/contact-form/js/tinymce-plugin-form-button.min.js

I am using Contact Form Maker, Classic Editor, and Jetpack. I disabled Contact Form Maker, but that didn’t make any difference. However, it seems the buttons for it isn’t working. Any suggestions?

I keep trying to run JP Boost but keep getting this message:

‘Whoops, something went wrong
Failed to load Speed Scores
Timed out while waiting for speed-score.’

I’m using the latest WP version with Woocommerce and AliDropship. Everything is updated.
The website is currently in maintenance mode but even with MM off, the problem still happens.

Any advice appreciated.

I updated the plugin to 1.9.2 and got the error. WordPress sent the recovery mode link. In the plugins section, I see the following error.

When editing a page or post a pop up has started to appear: –

Looking at a previous support topic this seems to be a conflict with the gutenberg editor, However this site already uses the Classic Editor plugin which solved the problem for other people but not for us.

The Widgetize plugin seems to be working fine on the front end so how do I resolve this issue?

Video won’t load in preview & when published

Hey,

I had embedded video into some of my stories. Small clips on a loop. They were working okay, but now when I go to preview the stories, or publish, I get an error saying video failed to load. They work within the editor but not elsewhere.

Any help appreciated. The only thing I can think that has changed is the update to 1.1.0.

Got a notice that my client’s website was “Experiencing a Technical Issue” at https://robinsonranch.org/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?comment_status=moderated

I verified that I have a valid backup. Following the problem link informed me that the site is in recovery mode. I then noticed a pending patch from v13.3 to v13.4 and applied it. The patch seemed to complete just fine but the same error wes being returned:

Hey Frank,

Can you take a look at the javascript errors for autoptimize on digitalstrategyworks.com. The site loads fine when I’m logged in to /wp-admin and I view the home page. When I’m not logged in, the site is broken. I tried turning on/off the autoptimize and async plugins and dumped the cache and everything. I just can’t seem to narrow down the issue.

I’m not sure if it’s the plugin, the theme, or something else entirely, but seeing a lot of autoptimize failed to load errors in the jqvascript console.
