Hello!
I use the plugin on my website and it is constantly showing the “Warning“: “Failed to connect“. I have already talked to the team that takes care of my server and they informed me that there is no firewall block and there have been no changes that could impact this. What could it be? How can I solve it?

The links open normally and even clicking on tha it’s not broken but the plugin checks again and presents the “Connection Failed” again and again.

In the failure description it said it’s an error on port 443: Failed to connect to [URL] port 443: No route to host [Error #7]

Cannot Reconnect Jetpack

I noticed today that one of my sites was not loading Google Site Kit and as I looked into that I realized Jetpack was also displaying an error. I tried enabling xml-rpc in my security plugin and allowing all the wordpress.com IP addresses. Still no luck. Finally, turned off my security plugin to see if caching was the problem. Cleared all caches.

Every time I try to connect to Jetpack I get the vague “an error occurred” but in Site Health it says, “Error Blog token validation failed.”

I have seven other sites that are using the same set up and Jetpack works fine on those currently. I’m mostly only using Jetpack for the image CDN and optimization.

Bonjour, la génération des étiquettes fonctionnait très bien jusqu’à présent, mais depuis 48h j’ai cette erreur :

L’étiquette aller n’a pas été générée : Failed to connect to ws.colissimo.fr port 443 after 127292 ms: Connection timed out

Je n’ai pas eu de changement ni mise à jours c?té wordpress, je ne sais pas par où commencer pour réparer cette erreur et pouvoir générer correctement une étiquette, par avance merci !

I’m current using a plugin called dSers which is a dropsshipping plugin. I had some problems with the plugin as it wasn’t pushing any products to the store. I talked to them and they did some debugging on my website.

How do I fix this. I talked to my hosting provider and they said that this issue wasn’t on their side. I also talked to the plugin developer and it said that the issue also wasn’t on their side. I also completely reinstalled WordPress and the issue was still the same. Any Ideas?

Hi there,

I have recently set up WordFence on advice from a few people.

It has been working fine for ages and now suddenly all my sites are disconnecting after a few hours.

I am getting “Failed to connect to [domain.com] port 443: Connection refused”

Is anyone able to assist with this, I have updated everything and using the configuration recommended for LiteSpeed.

It is happening to all my sites (4 currently).

I can reconnect it and it works fine for 2 hours-ish and then drops again.

I’m getting this error:
The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://wabando.com [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed cURL error 7: Failed to connect to wabando.com port 443: No route to host]

What does it mean? How can I solve it?
Turning off all plugin’s and theme’s did not help.

SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host

I keep getting this error although my configuration is all correct.
I realized that my email hosting company which is godaddy and they are the one who’s blocking from sending email from WP mail SMTP plugin, so I called them and ask if that is true but they said “no we don’t block any sending SMTP port” and I have no idea why this is happening.

Can you please help?

I installed Imagify and used once everything worked fine. And here I want to optimize images, it does not work anymore and I have this error message:

“Our server returned an error (0 – Failed to connect to app.imagify.io port 443: Connection refused).”

Attempts to connect the email to the server has failed on my site lifeafterscams.org, using a multitude of settings, but nothing goes through even when it matches the settings recommended. I don’t know why and cannot correct it.
