Copying blog post link to Facebook – can't choose display picture?

Hi everyone!

I am wondering why I can’t choose the photo anymore when I copy a blog post link to facebook.
Previously, when using a previous theme, I was able to scroll through 5 photo options (via small arrows on the top left corner of the photo) as soon as the link was copied to my Facebook status bar, and choose which photo was going to be displayed with the post. I am unable to do this now with Tiny Forge! How can I change this?

Changing the Length of post excerpt shown

Is there a way to increase the amount of the post excerpt to show. I use the manual excerpt on my posts but the excerpt when publish cuts off.

Facebook removed the character limit on status text so I would like to show my whole excerpt

Basic (begginers question about facebook App ID)

Hello,
I am helping my friend with her wordpress page, and she would like to use this plugin ( like, share buttons and maybe show few latest facebook status on her wp site).
I am completely new to facebook apps and confused – just need a help with basic things such as:
– she has her own facebook page – do I need access to her facebook account to get App ID, App secret and everything to set up this plugin on her site to interact with her facebook page?

I really need your help to show me the right direction, just to know which way to go … to have a good start and from there I will know how…

If I log in to my own facebook account and get the App ID, can I use that ID to set up this plugin for her facebook account, to show her face status on her wordpress site?

Facebook status on wordpress

I spent hours trying to get the facebook status of a business page to show up on wordpress. (not sure if this works with a personal page unless you open all your security settings). Status press no longer seems to work. I did come up with a solution and thought I would share for anyone who has been having the same problem. First install Simple rss feeds widget or something like it. Then For the Rss feed put in https://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?format=atom10&id=[yourcodehere]. If you sign in to your page the code is all the numbers that show up at the end of the url. EXP. https://www.facebook.com/apps/directory.php#!/pages/businessname/179738452813
Set up how many feeds you want to show and maximum displayed. This should work. One your page it then shows up linked so if you click on it, it will bring to that specific post on the business page.

Update Facebook when new post is made?

I am wanting to find out if there is a WordPress plugin that would update my Facebook status whenever I make a new post on my blog. Example of what I mean (just to make sure I’m clear):

1. I make a new post on my blog called, “Hello world!”

2. My Facebook status is then automatically updated with a message saying, “MyNameHere has just posted “Hello World” on his blog.”

Does anything like this exist?
