Issues with importing from Facebook

Hello,

I have the paid version of supsystic’s gallery plugin. However I haven’t heard anything in almost two weeks from the tickets I made.

When I go to do the facebook import I sign in and accept the facebook app for supsystic. I then go to add the page that I am an admin of. I have done both page ID and group name. It also does not pull any images from my own facebook account saying that there is no albums. I have disabled all other plugins, tried on a local host install running different PHP version (7.2 and 7.3) the server I have is on 7.4. I checked to see if Instagram worked and it does.

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong and I’ve following the help guide within the plugin and from the website:

Any idea how I can fix this?

Event Photos not showing import facebook

I’m having trouble with the event photos of facebook events that I import.
They’re not showing anymore when I import new events.
Older events that are still in the database do show the photo.
In the media-library I can see that the photo’s are imported but they get a .other in stead of a .jpg

What can I do to fix this?

Hi – just wondering about the need for Facebook events to be marked as ‘interested’ for them to be included in the feed – does this have to be by the person setting up the feed/owning the Facebook app & permissions, or can the event be tagged by anyone for it to get aggregated?

[Bug] Facebook Importer changes import url to \me on edit

Hi,

As of the lastest update to the main plugin, the Facebook Importer extension changes the url to facebook.com/me when editing a scheduled import.

(PS: I have the nonprofit license, and Im not looking for ‘support’, just reporting the bug).

I had written to you several times requesting help to get app review at FB as a FB developer with a deadline of August 1st…. you said i needed to do nothing…but as soon as the clock turned to August 1st (it is now 12:17 am ) the FB Page import stopped importing events. It was importing fine before then….

Facebook Event API has been restricted

Issue with Facebook Events only!
Facebook has restricted access of Events in API from 4th April due to recent Privacy issue. Here is Facebook post about same. They have new policy & rules to get Event data,

We are working with updated process and making our plugin compatible to it. Once plugin is updated we will come up with updated plugin

Hi! Would appreciate your help re: facebook import as it no longer works.
It has been working fine but now all events are rejected and the message is
“Unsupported get request. Object with ID ‘227028751196914’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api”
But it says that about every single request. I’m not sure what to do. I have updated the plugin. thanks!

Fantastico e quasi unico plugin per importare post dai social come:

Twitter
Tramite gli hashtag è possibile selezionare i post da importare.
Plugin ben fatto con ancora qualche piccolo problema di gioventù.
