Love your plugin for the individual pages feeds. I would like to include the feed of some group I’m admin too… but that does not seem to be supported at the time.

Could you please add it ? I’m pretty sure that would be a huge feature wrt to the competition plugins (smash ballon’s or others).

Hi! I successfully followed the instructions on how to set up NextScripts API for Facebook Group posting. I am all set up and connected how, however, when I try to post on there, I get this error. What’s causing this? How can I fix this? Thanks!

Hi – I can’t figure out how to get SNAP Pro to work with my closed Facebook group. It works fine for my main Facebook page, but I can’t figure out what to do for the group. The link provided (https://gd.is/fbe2) will not load for me so I can’t figure it out using that link. Please help! Thanks!

Facebook API has been changed on April 4th, 2018 without any warning, and now it does not allow bringing posts from public groups. You can find more information about this here.

In case you use a Facebook feed created with a group, unfortunately, you will most likely be experiencing problems.

Additionally, according to Facebook’s privacy policy, unfortunately, it is not possible to display posts from a personal profile. Facebook API provides data about public Facebook pages only.

If you have a Facebook feed of a profile which represents your business or organization, it is recommended to switch the profile to a public page. Additionally, using Facebook pages over profiles brings many advantages and benefits.

We are sorry for any inconvenience these changes may have caused.

Displays a wrong Facebook group

Hi! Plugin displays a wrong group. My group is https://www.facebook.com/groups/homevgarden/ but when I type in my group name – homevgarden it shows some other Facebook page with does not have /groups/ in URL address.

How can I display my group? You can see the widget on one of my website pages – second on the right. https://homevgarden.com/bentgrass-for-home-lawns-description-advantages-maintenance/ – name of the widget is Our Facebook Group Feed.

Urgent please, as I am displaying somebody’s group on my website now. Thank you.
