Hello! I’ve been trying to create a pixel for my site to use in advertising and am encountering the same issue I saw from another user on here, only there was no response:

“Hi – I am working on creating ads from facebook to my wordpress site?https://www.carboholic.net. However, the plug in suggested by facebook is “facebook for wordpress”. This plug in is not available in my plug in options. The example shown by facebook in the guide also shows a screenshot that list this plug in. Was this plug in removed? I tried using the fatcat pixel plug in instead and that is not working with facebook ads. help!”

The facebook tutorial is still requiring the Facebook for WordPress plugin, but I can only find Facebook for Woocommerce. Have facebook’s tutorials not been updated, or how can I find the right one? This is what I see on my end when I try searching for it: https://ibb.co/wJbchWr

Meta Pixel for WordPress only creating ‘lead’ events

We installed the https://www.facebook.com/business/help/881403525362441 plug in for our WordPress site and connected/configured.

The only pixel event we see is the leads event. Is it possible to configure the plug in to send some of the other pixel events we use? The pixel events are configured currently using Google Tag Manager.

Plugin Conflict with WooCommerce and Authorize.net

We were able to troubleshoot an issue with WooCommerce using the Authorize.net SkyVerge official plugin. We tested and isolated the issue by disabling the plugins in groups and then one by one and doing test transactions.

The error message we get is “An error occured, please try an alternative form of payment.” https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5unlpAN It seems that the conflict does not even complete the transaction or send the payment request to Authorize.net since there isn’t any details for a failed order in WooCommerce.

We are not seeing E00027 errors as the address and billing in our tests are the same. We are seeing this error for the tests that failed.

We traced the issue back to an older Facebook for WordPress plugin. We deactivated the plugin and tested the checkout and it went through ok.

We read on the WordPress repository that the plugin has not been tested for the current version of WordPress and might have some conflict with the current codebase.

We had the same issue on another side running the same setup with WooCommerce, Authorize.net plugin by SkyVerge and the Facebook for WordPress plugin. Once we deactivated the Facebook for WordPress plugin the gate work.

Connection Pending – Conversion API Connection

Received this error when trying to integrate a pixel on facebook for wordpress plugin.

Redux plugin failed needed for facebook pixel

An error occurred while installing Redux Framework: Destination folder already exists. /homepages/21/d771843233/htdocs/clickandbuilds/SunDrivenSolar/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/.

Received this error when trying to install redux framework plugin. Cannot connect facebook pixel without redux. We tried to deactivate and then re-activate it didn’t help. Then we tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin but received this error. Any help is much appreciated thank you.

Plugin keeps returning to “Get Started”

Extra Paragraph Inserted In Posts

We installed your plugin to test it with our site and Facebook account. It was not what we required so, we uninstalled it.
Your plugin inserted an extra paragraph code “

” in front of the post text paragraph on every post on our site which now destroys the layout of the site and its styling.
This extra paragraph code was not removed when we uninstalled your plugin.
We checked the database and could not find where the instructions are for inserting this.
Where in the database is this instruction located?
How do we remove this extra paragraph code?

Comments box does not show in one of our language's pages

Hello,

We are using Polylang plugin for mulit languages site.

The comments box appears in each of the languages’ posts.
However, on pages, only the Hebrew pages contain the comments box.

I didn’t notice when exactly this problem happened, sorry for that.
Both Facebook and Polylang are up to date.

Any idea why?
