Bento header top and bottom padding

Firstly bento is a great theme, I have been using it for several months. A problem is there is one page of my site where it seems no change is able to be made to the header image top and bottom padding- which is supposed to change the height of the header image.
I can change it between 5% or 10%, full height etc., the interface records the change but then on the page nothing happens. Every other page of my site the process works fine!
What could it be I don’t know how to solve, other than creating a new page and replacing it. Please might anyone know how to solve? Thanks!

Bento extended header on tablet of phone

Activating an extended header works fine on desktop, but on tablet or phone the image is truncated to the left and right side, so showing only part of the original image. Is there a method to have in either case the complete image?

Hero Header Image customization

Hey,

I would like to customize the hero image so that I can manipulate the buttons using siteorigin button widget and to use different font options for the overlay text. As it is now, it uses the page title and excerpt and the two buttons (customized with the Hompage settings in the customizer) I have no idea where the image is saved, but I can easily change it in that same menu. However if I try using the page builder, there is no row to edit for it, and adding a row, I am still left with demo image.

I have tried starting from Scratch instead, and the success stops at the fact that I can’t get the Extended header option to work, where it makes the top header bar transparent. I’ve been working on this for about a week now, and it’s getting tiresome. I have other issues as well, but I think I would need to go to the site origin fourms for that.

Hi, I’m sure this is a pretty easy fix, but I cannot seem to find the option to check ‘extended header’ for Bento (version 1.8). Can anyone provide a screenshot where I might find it?

Hi, I have a few queries regarding the theme.

1) I like the hamburger menu to only have top level menu pages. But is there a way to show breadcrumbs on pages?

2) Can you change the logo to a different logo when using the extended header. For example… I want to use a black text logo for 90% of my pages but for the homepage with extended header this needs to be white to fit with the background.

3) Can you make big hero images with text and call to buttons act like an extended header with the menu that goes transparent over them? At present it appears that you can only nudge it close to the menu bar but not behind it.

4) Menus in footer and within body. How do you stop them from auto expanding into all levels (looks stupid)… please see footer MAIN MENU.

5) When using the scrolling images feature is there a way to set the min / max height to stop them from bouncing the page up and down? See ROOMS page https://www.mrandmrsjordan.com/rsvp/

Page Header: set or change default settings

Is it possible to change the default settings regarding the page header (extended header) so that it automatically uses the following:

Extended Header – yes
Height – 20% (something other than the default 10%)
Image overlay color – #ddd (or any other color)
Overlay opacity – 0.5 (something other than the default 0.3)
