Define another cookie policy page

Hello,
I created a cookie policy page and I would like to define it as the “cookie policy page”.
I don’t want to create a new one from the Policy Builder menu, just want to link my existing page. How can I do it?

So, I’ve noticed the Redirection plugin redirects only if there’s an existing URL I would like to redirect (can be draft or set to private), otherwise, I’m getting a 404 error.

I guess I’m doing something wrong, just can’t figure what.

And Ideas?

Installation w/ existing non-wordpress site

I’m planning a wordpress installation for a client who has an existing site up and running that is not managed via wordpress. I would like to install wordpress on the same server while maintain the current site. I assume after I’m done drafting the site and have finished the wordpress site I can just trash the other content and assign the new pages via wordpress as the home page. Any insight or direction is greatly appreciated.

Does someone know if the app’s author (FB profile) must be the same as the page’s author?

Cause I have and ID of an existing Facebook Page, but it’s not being accepted… another person made it… and i’ve done the app…..

We’ve a site that is about to go online soon. It’s already been created using plone by another party. I’ve heard of the difficulties in conversion from Plone to just about everything, so I extracted the site, which did not use a SQL database, and moved the core site to a new host (in other words, it’s a basic working HTML site, almost as if one used FrontPage or Netobjects Fusion to create it. As it is, although not on a server yet, it works fine. What we’d like to do is add WordPress to write and update. Is there a way to make this addition without having to rebuild the entire site (not that its large, its less than 20 mB)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Different 404 Error for Existing page

I am having a problem with a page on my website. There is a 404 error, a different one than my sites default, and it is for an existing page. To give you an example, here is a non existing page,

Looking into the source code for the website, I realized the problem is with W3 total cache. Thanks in advance!

WordPress integration for the clueless

Hi, I’m looking to integrate wordpress into an existing website, and frankly every tutorial I’ve seen assumes far more knowledge and experience than I possess. I know nothing about php; I have a job of it just to create basic html and css. The page in question is here, and I need to be able to post dynamic content and allow users to subscribe and leave comments. Can anyone point me towards a tutorial that will help someone who’s a relative beginner at web design? Full disclosure of cluelessness: it took me two full days to create html/css for the homepage linked above.

Incorporate into website

I’m looking to install wordpress as an addition to a preexisting website. Right now I have www.sample.com, and I want to set up blog.sample.com, but use the site navigation already set up. the navigation is a simple tab like structure across the top of the page.

would i have to develop a new wordpress theme incorporating this, or would the best route be to make a frame for the wordpress part and have the navigation around it?

i’m clueless right now as to the best route to take and welcome any and all feedback.
