I see an exclusion box for listing “JS WebP and Picture Web Exclusions”, but this seems to be just for the Javascript “delivery method” for Cloudflare (which we do use).

I have been communicating for 2 weeks and the authors of the WP Dark Mode plugin, which becomes broken as soon as I activate your EWWW plugin (which I want to continue using). Support from the WP Dark Mode plugin found out (I gave them login information directly to my live page to look at it) that the “Easy IO for all resources” function from the EWWW plugin is responsible for the incorrect functionality of WP Dark Mode.

Specifically, when they turned off the option:

Include All Resources
Use Easy IO for all resources in wp-includes/ and wp-content/, including JavaScript, CSS, fonts, etc.

Then the WP Dark Mode plugin started working properly.

But I want to have the Easy IO function turned on for all resources.

I tried putting that in the list, but it’s still checking links at the reddit.com domain.

I understand how to do exclusions, but what if you want to exclude something from all of a specific taxonomy.

For instance, I want to exclude an ad from ALL event-categories, but when I go to do an exception, I cannot find any value to just exclude that — it appears as if I need to exclude each and every member of that taxonomy individually.

There must be a way that I’m not seeing.

Would this suffice to stop the Plugin affecting these pages/widgets (based on Class names)?

I have a site that has random excluded files in the uploads folder. I removed them and now different excluded files are in the list. It was about a month between me clearing the excluded list and the new items. They are all in the uploads folder but not the current year.

My question is, does wordfence in any circumstance add files to the excluded list on its own? Maybe a file it can’t scan or hangs the scanner?
