Its administrator interface is intuitive. We were a bit lost at first, and called on the support team a lot to help us, especially as our client wasn’t particularly easy to deal with!

VIK support is just exceptional: they respond to every request, do their best to help, and above all, respond within hours of the requests. We’ve opened dozens and dozens of tickets, and they’ve never let us down. They were patient and professional.

We recommend this plugin with our eyes closed, and we are now going to use another of their plugins, Vik Rent Items, with complete confidence.

If I could give WP Scripts 10 stars I would. The additional feature I needed was delivered within days! I also needed to add a message to the time selection popup – Mohit withing hours supplied me with a filter to add to Food Store code (that is now part of core), a function to add to my Child Theme and some custom styling. I cannot think of any other product where I’ve had this level of support.

Compliments on a clean, well thought through theme. My previous theme required one bit of customisation after another, even for the most simplest of tasks, and I have been able to replicate 99% of its functionality without relying on support, which is incredible.

It is extremely flexible and easy to install and configure. In addition, when you have questions, their tech support is really amazing, very fast and helpful. The range of extensions that are available make this newsletter plugin simply the very best.

In 11 years of using numerous systems for our clients, I have never found anything better.

Why would you or your clients pay silly monthly fees to the big guys like Mail Chimp and Constant Contact, when you can pay nothing or a modest annual fee AND you or your client retains total control of your valuable email list, while still staying compliant with all the anti-spam regulations.

The Newsletter (Lite) is free, though I recommend paying for the support so these guys can keep refining and improving the products they have. If you are a developer like we are, you can buy the unlimited license and help all your clients out with this wonderful software.

Support has been second-to-none. Not generic cut and paste answers but human brain generated and tailored to your specific needs. Very refreshing to find support which still has a personal and very helpful touch.
