Firstly, what a great product you have created. Works beautifully to capture all my website contact form data.
I’m trying to get the data to automatically export and populate an excel spreadsheet. I have tried ‘Excel Internet Query to Export to Excel’ and it works. I then save the excel doc to my desktop and close it.
When I open it again, the new data doesn’t populate. Is this correct? If so, how can I get the new data into my excel spreadsheet?

Now I can not do it anymore. It has stopped working.
A dialog box says that can not download requested information.
I have updated plug-in version but it didn’t help.

]]>I’m trying to use the export options “Excel Internet Query” and “Google Spreadsheet Live Data”. I noticed it requires me passing the login credentials one way or another. In this case, that doesn’t concern me, but the WordPress I’m trying to get the data out of uses a Captcha (SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam) for the login and this is something I would not change.
Dropping either URL in the browser returns just a notice that the Captcha was entered wrong. How do I proceed?

PS: If I deactivate the captcha plugin, I am able to manually download what the URL refers to (iqy file / csv data). However, Excel for Mac 2011 doesn’t seem to know about iqy files, and Google Sheets always gives an “#N/A”. The latter might be a completely different problem of caching done by Google (I also have a basic auth globally for all my lab sites) – as it still states it can’t open the URL, while manually it works just fine when using http//user:pass@… and so on (I do this in a secondary browser).

]]>I have gone to the Export & Short Code Builder selected Excel Internet Query then entered my login information.
I click the generated link and it provides a .iqy file.
I open the file and it asks for my username and password which I enter again then unfortunately it says:

The Internet site cannot return the object you request. (HTTP/1.0 403)
What does the error mean? I have replaced username and password with [NAM.. etc. There is an @ symbol in the username if it perhaps not parsing that correctly?

]]>When my website wasn’t finished it was in a subdirectory. I tested the export op the Excel Internet Query with a shortcode and it worked perfectly. Now my website is online, wordpress is still in the subdirectory, but het htaccess and index.php are in the root and the siteurl is changed. The website works fine, but when I try to make another shortcode for Excel Internet Query – he can not login in my wordpress because the plugin leaves out the subdomain where wordpress is and therefore can not login and work. Hope you understand what I mean… is there some worksaround? Hope to hearing from you soon! Niels van der Velden

]]>Big fan of CFDB – have not had a problem until today when a spreadsheet that I setup on Google Doc suddenly threw an error and are not displaying the live data.
I tried exporting to an Excel Internet Query – after I opened the file and entered the credentials (yes, I’m sure I got it right) this is an error that Excel spewed (https://i.imgur.com/dXMKSWL.png)
I totally have no idea if this is just me or does this happen to everyone else? As far as I know, no one made changes to the site and a week ago the Google Doc was still working fine.
Would be great if there’s a solution to this
