Is there a way to reformat dates when populating event lists with shortcodes? At this time future dates are shown as – April 2020 30 * Event Name. Ideally it would be best – April 30 2020 * Event Name.

Any recommendation is appreciated.

Different pagination in event blocks, league tables

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if there is a way to set different pagination values for different event blocks.
For example, I have a homepage, where I only want to show the last 3 games, so I create a shortcode like this:
[event_blocks title="Last matches" event="" team="90" league="0" season="0" venue="0" status="future" format="default" date="0" date_from="default" date_to="default" date_past="" date_future="" date_relative="0" day="" number="3"? order="default" show_all_events_link="0" align="none" paginated="1"]
When the limit option is set to 1 in Sportspress options, it’s working great on my home page, next to the news.
But then, I would like to create another page, for the whole league, where I want to show the full schedule, with event blocks. I cannot leave the pagination limit in 1, cause the user have to click next page for like 38 times, thats not very convinient.

So, is there any workaround for this, or am I missing something?

Hi All,

Can someone tell me what the easiest way is to customize the formatting of an event list?
I have events which have 6 types of tags. I need lists filtered to these tags and I need a complete list which holds all the events.
Creating the lists is easy with the tag attribute, but I need different formatting.
In the complete list, I’d like to place an icon corresponding to the type of event.
In the tag filtered lists, I don’t want to place icon.
So, is there any way to pass a variable in the shortcode or should I write a custom shortcode for this?

Constant Contact Integration and dual sites

I am looking to build out our event listings and have a couple questions about this utility. First, is this utility able to be connected to my events in Constant Contact? I would like to connect, automatically, events on the site to the registration and mailing lists in Constant Contact. Second, I have 2 separate sites that will host the events. There will be some separation between the sites but I would like to have a single place to manage all the events to prevent duplicate entry, without a multi site configuration. Is this possible within this utility?

Lists of events by Cities and Zones

Need to display events related to a particular category per city.
For example one list for each:
– all musical events near Burbank and surrounding vicinity ,
– all musical events near Wellington and vicinity,
– all musical events in West Valley (encompassing cities near forest hills)

I tried using NEAR using coordinates and setting distance to 1 mile
However result is events everywhere not just those near that city and surrounding areas.

Event lists on the website Looked different to what it is now, I have updated the plugin and also WordPress, not sure if this has caused the issue. I wanted it to be the same as before. along with dates and paragraph format please help. Thanks.

Here is the issue:

On my Freshman Schedule, JV Schedule and Varsity Schedule pages:

I have added a Sportix Editor Block above the Event List. In preview mode, both blocks render. However, in live mode the Sportix Editor block will not render. I tried using straight HTML instead of the Sportix Editor Block and still it will only render in preview mode, not live on all 3 pages. Therefore I think there is an issue with adding more than just the schedule on a page with the Sportspress event list.

In preview mode the links are different (especially the freshman vipers schedule). It just says freshman-schedule in the link instead of freshman-vipers-schedule:

I would like have on my blog a events list or calendar that blog readers can add to so I don’t have to add the events my self. Any ideas?
