Hi,

is there a way I can hide event dates on a single event?

I want to hide the event date & time for a single event listing without it affecting the rest of them.

Dates on specific events

I would like for either the date to show as it should: i.e. this event runs from Monday Feb. 1 to July 15th and while I have that indicated while editing/setting up the event, it doesn’t translate over to the live page, so I had to create a “venue” that indicates the span of the event. If I can’t get the whole span to show, I would like to eliminate the option of having that date field filled in at all.

Unable to create or edit event dates

Hi, we are Event manager Pro account holders and we are unable to edit current event dates or add new event dates for any bookings. I’ve already attempted a number of things including clearing cache’s. The event date is blank, usually there is already a date and I have to change/edit it to suit, but there is no longer any dates there for me to edit. I’ve attempted to insert a date but no success, it doesn’t change or save. This issue is affecting our operations and affecting our business income. Please help.

Hello! I’m loving this plugin but am having an issue with the event dates as listed on the event page. They are listing twice. For example, an event dated 06/13/2020 will list as “0606-1313-20202020”. How can I fix this?

Cloning event dates to different events

We currently have the website running and have a event tied with about 95 dates in it, listed as a specific day etc. My question is, is it possible to clone these dates to other events? We have multiple events running on the same date and if we could copy these dates it’d save us a lot of work.

Hi David,

It’s that time of year when Events for 2019 have to be added. I have 14 interest groups who meet 1 or 2 or 4 times each month. Their Event page does not change from month to month. The primary use of each page is to populate the Calendar.

I can use a Template to quickly create the individual dates. That results in several hundred new events being added to my Event listing. Since the Event listing has no sort (alpha, event date, modify date) other than Past and Future, it is almost impossible to manage.

The solution is to have one page for each interest group with all the dates for the year but adding the dates one by one is very time-consuming. Can I plead to have the Template recurring date mechanism added here to make this task easy? And different sorts on the displayed Event list would be very helpful too

I updated some fields with SQL but no changes are seen in the front-end

Hi, I’m using Events Manager + PRO for about three years now and I’ve grown tired of manually updating dates for events that have passed and I want to restart in the future.

So I open up PhpMyAdmin, find the table calles WP_em_events and figure out that I need to update fields in columns called: event_start_date and event_end_date.
The sql finds the records in questions and the query proceeds without errors, I can now see updated dates in MySql table.

But when I check the website and also the WP backend with Events Manager listed events, the dates appear unchanged.
What am I doing wrong?

Date order of Future events

When I publish a page it deletes the text I have added to the page and then moves the events out of sequential order. They should be in order of going live. Not sure why this is happening. Any help would be great.

How can I add event date in front of each location?

The link above shows a list of towns where there will be upcoming events and I would like to add the date each event will be held in this town. I tried using #_EVENTDATES but it just shows the code rather than the date.

Can someone tell me how I can display the dates?
