I can’t create new events

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the event creation feature since updating the plugin. Whenever I attempt to create a new event, the event page displays the message “this event has passed” and the event is not listed among the existing events. Additionally, when I attempt to edit the event, the event date and hours are not retained. I have attempted to resolve this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, but the issue persists. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Hi, I’m having issues with the dates in the events.

All events show up with this date of JAN 1, 1970.

When I create a new event and enter in the start and end dates, and then save the event, the dates vanish from the event, and on the front end shows that jan 1.

I’ve tried doing what I saw in the other posts, of Settings > Admin Tools > Reset Event Timezones, and I’ve seen that caching has caused issues before, we have WP Rocket, so I have checked off the ‘Never cache this page” and cleared the cache for that event creation page, but still the dates just vanish and show jan 1.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Multi-session events

Hi,
I want to use Opentickets to sell live webinar courses. My plan is to schedule a webinar session at a fixed time, every alternate day. Each course would consist of 3 to 4 such sessions.
(eg. session 1 – 06 Mar, 4-5 PM; session 2 – 08 Mar, 4-5 PM; session 3 – 10 Mar, 4-5 PM, session 4 – 13 Mar, 4-5 PM)

Is there any way to create an event with such a multi-day schedule?

Ideally, I’d like the calendar to show the proper schedule. Right now, the only option I see is to set the start date and hour, and the end date and hour.

Any help will be appreciated

Hello! I’m having some trouble with creating events. When I click in the “Date” box, the calendar pops up, but when I select the date, it spells out the entire name of the month, i.e. October 22, 2016. This would be OK, but then when I submit the event, I get an error that the date must be 10 characters or less. I’ve tried it in IE, Chrome and Firefox, with the same results.

I can manually type in the date in MM/DD/YYYY, of course, but my other users are having trouble with it.

Backend event creation and approval.

How do you approve an event created on the backend dashboard? I can edit the event and it allocates time on the front facing reservation page. But I can not find a way to generate a contract for the event. In fact I do not see how you generate a contract at all.
