In the “Honey Pot Error Message” settings field, I wrote a custom message that used the word “You’re”
When I saved it, it refreshed with “You\’re”
Hit save again, it refreshes with “You\\\\’re”
Hit save again, it refreshes with “You\\\\\\’re”
Hit save again, it refreshes with “You\\\\\\\\\’re”
…and so on.
Fixed it by changing /includes/wpa_functions.php line 32 to:
update_option('wpa_error_message',sanitize_text_field(stripslashes($_POST['wpa_error_message'])));
stripslashes takes care of it.
Cheers!
]]>I have some issues when I set up some texts with a single quote in the emails or in the Left side Voucher notice : there is an escape character which is showed in the email or on the webpage.
Example : when typing “Pour toute demande d’information, n’hésitez pas”, I get “Pour toute demande d\’information, n\’hésitez pas”.
There are also somme issues with the “€” character in the customer receipt. I get :
“Montant 15.00 a??” instead of “Montant 15.00 €”.
applying “Duplicate this” on a Woody ad snippet removes all escape characters “\” from the script/code. Sometimes the issue is obvious and the coder corrects it easily (copies manually), but sometimes the error is invisible until real/data debugging, for example when using
explode("\n", $content);
PHP command in the code.
The expected behavior is that the escape character “\” would not be removed.
]]>24″ x 48″ | 48″ x 48″
Each size has a different price associated with it.
I have noticed on several of my orders (not all), that on the order details page, the sizes appear as 24\” x 48\”. This causes the price to alter and the customer ends up paying less for the order because of this bug.
It seems like the \ character is added as an escape character, but it doesn’t happen every time. Is it not possible to have a ” symbol in my attributes or what can I do to prevent this bug from happening?
Thanks!
]]>Before Update

After Update
content: "f001";
This bug is getting annoying as you have to double all the escape slashes before updating the settings every time. And if you forget it, the CSS will mess up your UI.

]]>I’m interested in using brackets within the title of my spoiler box. On my site, we use square brackets to indicate a citation (e.g. “Smith et al [2, 3]”)…
Is this possible? Is there a built in escape character that will allow this?
Thanks!
