After a small server hiccup it turned out that WP Super Cache had somehow cached the “Error establishing a database connection”- screen on a single page (the site’s storefront). It was not shown to logged in users (as per the plugin’s settings) and was only solved by clearing the cache. I’ve not provided a link since it’s a production site where the problem no longer exists.

Is there a setting I’ve missed that will prevent WP Super Cache from caching such error pages, i.e. ignore pages with a non-200 HTTP code or something, or can I do something else to prevent this from happening in the furture?

We have a problem when adding gift card product to cart. WordPress send us to an error page with this message: “There has been a critical error on this site. Learn more about WordPress debugging.”

We have both the plugin (and others) and the wordpress version updated to the latest version available.

Strange 404 page – Please help

Hello All

I am receiving a strange issue with my website.

I have installed classima classifieds theme in https://petsloo.com/pet-classifieds/ and theme 404 page showing someone design as below

I have contacted the theme developer and they said its not related to them and there is nothing they can do.

Few days back many 404 error pages started showing. when i refresh the correct page displaying. I dont know what to do

someone suggested to redirect the 404 to home page so i have done that now.

But issue is today again i saw the same screen.

So i have no choice to get resolve with the theme developers

I am using all licensed versions, i mean theme and plugins.

Beside that I am extreamely happy with Bulletproof. Since I started to use it I had ZERO problem with attackers.

If I rememmber I did some tweks like, Haccess file and maybe my IP.

Question: I have access to cPanel – can I delete something there, ao I can get to wpadmin?

When trying to log into our blog, a page pops up that says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” Though no email has been sent. We’ve used our admin account to try and log in as well. Every time, this error page shows up. How do we fix?

I have been using this plugin for years, easy and I love it, but I installed it on three new sites, installed GA code snippet as I always do, but the page gets redirected to an “error page” which is really weird!

Error in page with admin mode

Good day.
I have some issues in most of my page which I create and add by myself if I log-in with admin mode, such as cart, checkout, contact, blog, shopping, etc. Actually homepage is not error because I do not create it. Another hand, if I log-out admin mode, I access my website with guest mode, there are not any issues.
About issues, they are various. In my sight, they are usually error 503 and error 500.
