For some reason, after the migration, all my images don’t work (except for the site logo?!), fonts and other file formats are okay, it’s just all the images.
If I enter the uploads, I can’t see the thumbnail of the images, just gray squares. If I click it, the image still doesn’t show. If I go to the image link, I get error 500 and if try to download the picture, instead of .webp it downloads .htm file.
If I download the file from FTP, it’s not corrupted and works as expected.
if I try to edit the picture in the media, it loads the picture properly.
if I upload new image, it behaves as these “lost” images – no thumbnail, url return err500.
I have checked the URL and it is correct, any idea on what this could be?

]]>I’m having issues with my website, and after spending hours reading blogs and trying things, I’m starting to go nuts. I came to ask for your help.
Background:
It started on Friday afternoon. I was logged into my website, trying to manually update some plugins. There had been a problem with the automatic updates apparently. It wasn’t working so I think I tried to deactivate all of the plugins. And it all went downhill from there.
The page froze, I got logged off, and my website was gone.
What I’ve tried so far:
The home page is visible again (yay), although it is missing images and some design items like buttons. The contact page also appears, but not the contact form (I used ninja forms).
The rest of the website displays a HTTP ERROR 500, including the wp-admin page, so I still cannot log in. When checking on my phone via duckduckgo browser, I get ERR_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE.
I tried again to deactivate .htaccess, as well as the plugins and themes folders. It did not help.
At this point, I can only access my ftp and database.
Lastly, when checking logs via my host, these two errors appear on repeat:

– If I buy an item in the store (other than a course) it works fine.
– If I disable the WooCommerce plugin and keep only the learnpress with it own payments method it works fine.
– If I use the learnpress payments with the WooCommerce active the ajax request returns a 500.
Can anyone help me here, please? How can I debug?

]]>I am reaching out because I am facing an issue with a vendor account that recently logged in and published a product on our platform: adding items to the cart does not work for this specific vendor, whereas it works fine for all other vendors. The configuration for this vendor is identical to that of others. When clicking the “add to cart button”, my browser console reports a 500 error: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()”
