My wordpress website is showing broken page on testing server and showing error log Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED for the whole page. When I use other theme it can work well. It is happening only on my current custom code theme.
What should I do?
I provided them the link at [ redundant link removed ]
The client cannot load the page, and nor can another employee on site. They’re getting ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
However, I can load the page from my location. It seems this problem is only affecting the computers at the client’s location.
Any thoughts?

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
What else can I do to investigate this problem?
Thanks!
I did it on several servers quite often, without any issues. But on this new one I am in trouble with this error Message:
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
I installed WordPress and rebuilt everything to a multi site network… Looked ok so far. Subdirectories!!!
But with the first new page in the network I got the above message after clicking the menu/dashboard,… error message came up after a longer while, and preview looks broken
I’ve seen some people posting this problem in the past,… and tried out a lot, but fixes didn’t work for me.
Does anybody knows how to fix this in an actual WP Version?

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
The website was working perfectly fine this morning–I actually posted an article without problem. I did not install any new plugins or make any updates. I have tried clearing my browser’s cache and history and when I check this site: https://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ it is clear the page is down for everyone, not just me.
I have been scouring the WordPress support forums but this really offers little assistance to people who are not necessarily tech savvy with WordPress. I have no idea how to delete plugins unless I can log into my WordPress, how to use an FTP to do so or any of the other “helpful” tips on here. I am currently on hold with my hosting company (BlueHost), but wondering if anyone is experiencing similar issues today or can offer some advice??
