I edited the slug for my page to fix a typo using the Yoast editor and all of the content for my page disappeared. Please help me troubleshoot this issue and recover my content.

I installed it and when I wanted to add new section (using Elementor free) and checked for some sections template, it told me something went wrong and to reload the gallery or to clean WordPress.
I clicked on clean and it erased all my site. Eveything is gone, pages, media, all.
I’m not happy AT ALL!!!
No way to go back. This is totally SHIT!!!

Forms does not delete

Hello.
let’s get to the problem:
I deleted the form I had created in the mailpoet plugin to use the Bloom plugin forms.
When I activated the form in Bloom, the two forms started to appear on the site.
Now the fight begins:
… I got to the point of uninstalling mailpoet and Bloom, I cleaned the cache everywhere, I cleaned the database of both plugins and the mailpoet form is still online.
How do I remove this form to be able to use only the Bloom form?

Hi!
I’m having some issues with my users, I have a website that sells products and courses and I need my costumers to be able to access any time on the website, but it seems to be erasing old users. I’ve recently recived an email from a purchase from 2020 and the user was unexisted. Can you help me solve this problem? I used to have configurated not to be erase but now I can’t find that option again.

I love this plugin ! I’m wondering if we can sync all our products to Facebook and then update some of them on the Facebook side (like put a shorter description than on the website) and block the extension replacing my newly edited description ? I still want other info and other products to update.

Fields not showing up on orders

I saw another topic on this that was closed without a resolution. The tech asked the poster to disable all plugins and see if that worked (in case another plugin was interfering). The poster said that didn’t solve the problem. I am having this same issue ever since the last update of the plugin. It seems to only happen when people fill in the fiedls and then check out with Apple Pay or Google Pay instead of clicking on the add to cart button. I don’t think I ever had an instance of this happening until recently so I think it was the update that changed something. I have had 2 for sure that I know of on this one product alone (in referenced link).

Good afternoon! We need some help with our Watson Assistant chatbot.

When we test the chatbot on google chrome and start from a blank chat, everything works fine. Yet, we notice that once we restart the PC or close the browser and reopen it, then the chat keeps its history without clearing it. We noticed that the “Clear Chat For New Page” setting is set to ‘no’ because the chatbot is present on multiple webpages and we need the results to be the same if the user navigates between pages. We need the chat to clear once the user closes the browser or restarts the PC.

how can I erase the plugin and all the traces, including optimized images?

I’ve tried this

DELETE FROM 'postmeta' where meta_key = '_imagify_status' or meta_key = '_imagify_optimization_level' or meta_key = '_imagify_data'

but MySQL returns this:
