I’ve been trying to get the uploader to allow AI and EPS files. I’ve added the line of PHP to my Functions.php to permit specific file types. I no longer get the error that the file type isn’t allowed but when the upload reaches 100% it doesn’t seem to attach the file. The page refreshes and I have the option to upload again.
I’ve tested with a PDF and this works fine, I can also see the PDF uploaded in the media library. With EPS and AI neither files get uploaded to the media library.
I’m not very knowledgeable in PHP etc but I’ve even asked our web developer to look and he’s said there’s no reason it shouldn’t work. He’s checked the error log and the plugin isn’t triggering any errors.
Any help would be great, thank you.
]]>We used creditcard, eps and giropay.
Creditcard transactions are working and shown in stripe dashboard.
eps and giropay: the costumers made the payments, but it dont shown in stripe and the money sends not to our account! it sends to another not known bank account.
And the order will shown us as canceled in woocommerce.
]]>We have set up EDD with Front-End Submission and are trying to sell .EPS files. We are able to upload them successfully to the store but we get the message “No downloadable files found” in the receipt.
Is there some filter to add to EDD for the download link to show in the receipt and customer email?
Thank you very much,
Matt
after each WooCommerce or Stripe Gateway update, I’d like to test our shop to make sure, everything still works.
I test updates on a staging (wp-staging) site first.
For credit card payment, I can put the Stripe plugin in test mode and use one of the testing purpose cards that stripe’s documentation offers (https://stripe.com/docs/testing#cards).
But how do I test for EPS? (That’s a payment where the customer is forwarded to a drop down, chooses their bank and then logs into their account on their banks website to authorize the payment.)
The aforementioned documentation page gets technical when it comes to testing any other kind of payment then by credit card and doesn’t provide any options to test without coding.
Could someone throw me a link to an hands on tutorial how to do testing like that? Or whether there is some other option to try it out?
I mean, the plugin is especially made for people who can’t implement the whole charging via Stripe shebang themselves – but when it comes to testing there’s no way of doing that as easily with this plugin? I hope I’m just missing something and that one of you might help me out.
I’ve updated the plugin from v3 to v4.beta-7 for EPS support. After the update the payment methods bank transfer and PayPal disappeared which are our main payment methods. Are there any known bugs for this case?
Best,
Marc
Update: I figured it out why. When I add a normal product to the cart, bank transfer and PayPal are shown. After adding a subscription product, the two payment methods disappear. These subscription products don’t require automatic payments, because they end after one year. So it would be great if the plugin checks if the subscription products needs automatic payment.
]]>I have the same problem as kaisersauzee75, I can upload PDF, GIF, ZIP, GZ etc., but when I try o upload .eps or .ai, the file on my server doesn’t seem to upload and show in my cart.
No error messages are shown.
However it works on my localhost, but not on production server.
Here is the website where it is possible to see what happens after .ai or .eps files are uploaded: https://www.uniqcube.com/shop/personalized-lamp-light-cube/#product-115
As mentioned before, the JPG, GIF, PDF, ZIP files can be uploaded.
Kind regards
