Envira conflict with Smush Pro

Envira was showing each gallery on the page twice – all images on top, then again below. Deactivating Smush Pro plugin eliminated this issue. This is in a heavy-photo site for a pro bono community project to document historic parks. Is this a common issue with Envira? Sample page above has been fixed, but would like to activate Smush. Thanks, I am not a dev so I appreciate any advice.

Hundreds of Message Records from Image Resize

In my CleanTalk Admin Anti-Spam Log, there are hundreds of “Contact form data approved” records generated for my Envira Gallery plugin. It seems that everytime a re-size request is made, CleanTalk is picking it up as a Contact form entry.

I love the Envira Gallery but would like some of my long horizontal images to be larger on desktop view. Is it possible to have multiple galleries on the same page? Some with 3 columns and some with 2 or 1 so the longer horizontals would be larger? Would these cause problems?

Envira gallery not dispalying on amp version pages

Hi! I have 3 gallery pages created with envira gallery. This ones are not displaying the images on amp version. All the other pages are displaying images, only the ones created with envira gallery not. Couls you help with that?

Error 500 with my wordpress Version 5.7.2, I have several galleries created with envira gallery and it works but it gives me an error in the wordpress admin to update, I must deactivate it only so I can work on the site, how can I solve it without having to deactivate it? I need help

Printing addon – Cannot resize before print

Hi, I use printing addon on my site, however I cannot resize pictures before print. When you check your demo site https://enviragallery.com/demo/printing-addon/ you will see that the addon behaves in the same fashion, so the problem is not on my side (I’ve tested on Chrome, Brave and Edge).

Also some picture are split on 2 or 3 pages and there is no way to make it print on one page because I can’t reduce size in the print window. When I open the picture in a new tab and use browser’s native printing dialog, everything is fine.

How can I make the picture fit to page no matter whether I choose landscape or portrait?

Also, I did sent ticket asking for the help in this matter, but I think the support guy was not able to resolve this issue and after 2 weeks, he stopped communicating with me.

Images have disappeared

Looks like all the images disappeared after a recent update. They still show in page preview mode, but not on the live website. Nothing else is different with the site, no new plugins, etc. Can you help?

EWWW Bulk Optimization causes errors with Envira Gallery

Hello,

My site was running into the 256MB Ram limit set by my hosting service. I haven’t been optimizing my photos which has caused images to load slowly. I decided to use EWWW Image Optimizer because of the good reviews and being able to bulk optimize all of the images I’ve already uploaded to the media library. However, after completing the bulk upload, it has caused issues with all of my Envira Image Galleries. Instead of displaying the standard 3 columns of photos, it only will show 2 columns worth of images and the 3rd is blank. I’ve never had issues with this until I started using EWWW Image Optimizer. The optimization is not worth it if it affects the whole functionality and design of the website. I could really use your help troubleshooting this issue.

Envira Gallery is very easy to use. My WordPress Blog now looks more professional than before.
