Plugin causes duplicate click events if Enhanced Measurement is enabled in GA4

When Enhanced Measurement is enabled in GA4 then using your plugin leads to duplicate outbound click events being registered in GA4.

I know that if one digs through enough of your documentation there’s mention somewhere that Enhanced Measurement can conflict with some of your functionality. But really it needs to be made crystal clear below where you add the GA Measurement Id’s in the plugin settings that using Google’s recommended Enhanced Measurement setting will conflict with your default plugin setting! I spent a lot of time troubleshooting this for my client.

FYI, I did submit this same issue via your Lite Support page, but am adding it here also in case other users run into this issue.

Enhanced ecommerce no data in GA

Hi everyone,
after installing the plugin and followed the guidelines for enhanced ecommerce and the guidelines to set triggers and tags for enhanced ecommerce and product impressions, those informations are still not available into Google Analytics. I made a simple custom trigger (click on a button type) and it works but all the ecommerce data are still not being displayed into my Analytics…

I verified that the data layers are firing the ecommerce events with the GTM debugger and all the data layers shows up correctly, but they doesn’t appear in GA as well..

I’m using:
Google Tag Manager for WordPress 1.13.1
Wordpress 5.8
Woocommerce 5.6.0
Divi Theme 4.10.3

Does anyone experienced something similar?

I use your plugin which works well.

But I would like to know if there was a difference in the feedback of data, especially in the track enhanced e-commerce depending on how to integrate the GTM code: directly in the head and the body in my wordpress site?

After using and learning the best way to use I hav efoun dthe plug in good. I needed to reorganise my catergories to be the same as google taxonomy which then enabled me to decide which 50 products to upload. The plugin allows you to select which categories you want to upload. A good base to start with and for google enhanced listing and not the simple free listing you need the following mpn,gtn etc which small companies may not be able to provide anyway.

i have url trailing slash problem with Page Cache Disk Enhanced

my url include trailing slash at the end https://domian.com/url/

almost every thing is fine but in Disk Enhanced mode non trailing slash doesn’t redirect.

https://domian.com/url –> https://domian.com/url/ not working

i know if i use Disk Basic mod it will be fix! but i want to use Disk Enhanced mode and getting fix this problem.

any one can help?

New Role Doesnt Show Up In Authors

After i made a new role i want that role to be the Author to a certain page but the new role doesnt show up in the list of possible Authors. The only Authors who show up are administrators but the new role isnt one.

How can i make the new role show up as an available Author for a certain page so he can only edit that page?

Enhanced Ecommerce Option Not Working

I have the “enhanced ecommerce” option checked in general settings, but there is no data coming through on Google Analytics. Am I missing something? WordPress, woocommerce and the plugin are all updated to the newest version. Basic analytics is functioning fine but there is zero data coming through for ecommerce.

Blog Enhanced plugin is Crashing

It looks like we have a issue with the wpinked Blog Enhanced plugin. The website front page is crashing. We are using SiteOrigin’s page builder. Please help us fix this issue.

The step we have taken:

1 created new page, viewed it and it worked fine.
2 switched it to be the front page and it screwed up.
3 switched it back to not be front page, and it stayed screwed up.
4 made another page (hello world) without anything on it and it worked.
5 slowly added content and plugins on to the (hello world) page. And it stopped working at the Inked Blog Enhanced.
6 temporarily disabled plugin and Front page now works.

Fundamentally Broken on Subsites

While this plug-in looks, and I believe very likely is, great for simple multi-site installations, where the social network is activated on the main site, it’s fundamentally broken on sub-site installs. The problem is that when you create a group page on the sub-site, this software actually makes a call to the main site. The page thus gets instantiated there, not on the subsite. Even though the page *is* accessible through the groups/extras/all-pages link, it’s *not* visible in the “Group Pages” area of the sub-site. That, in turn, is fatal. The problem is that when you access a group page through groups/extras/all-pages, the shortcode are all expanded, so you can’t change them! The only way to edit a page is through Admin > Group Pages; but the pages don’t show up there! Furthermore, this problem is NOT well documented in user-facing documentation, AND has been posted as an issue on GitHub for the better part of a year with no apparent progress to resolve it. And yes, it is a *bug* — possible a design bug, but a bug nonetheless. In a nutshell, this software does not work with what is a clearly valid WP configuration: option “F” under multisite configuration in the WP Codex. At a minimum, folks, DOCUMENT THE PROBLEM so that people don’t waste their time re-debugging this known problem.
