If we manually type in /my-account/orders in our browser bar we can see a content change, but it is not accurate. It says no order has been made yet, but the account had a cancelled order on it.
We can manually visit /my-account/edit-account and can see a form where a user can enter account info.
Cloudflare has been set to bypass a URI that contains:
Cloudflare Rocket Loader is off
We have attempted to re-save permalinks. Result is the same.
We confirm that “My Account” page is selected under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced
We confirm that Checkout endpoints and Account endpoints are all filled in under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced
We tested logging in with an account in Chrome incognito mode. This account had a cancelled order (user should still be able to see that their order is cancelled, right?). Results are the same. The user has the user role of “Customer.”
Can someone explain why this happens?
All themes, plugins and WordPress core are up to date.

We’re hoping to send system status privately, if possible. Hoping to check if this is a known issue with a known solution before going to that step.
]]>But when I try to click on the next button on the orders page and move to “myaccount/orders/2” and when I try to click on a tab in my affiliate plugin and move to “myaccount/affiliate-dashboard/commissions” it leads me to an empty page only with my header and footer.
It didn’t happen when I used the original myaccount page but I tried to use custom styling and now it doesn’t work.
I tried almost everything and I couldn’t find a solution.
]]>1 – Contact the Solid Security Security support team for guidance on adding the following endpoints:
-> download-monitor/v1/download_reports
-> download-monitor/v1/user_reports
-> download-monitor/v1/user_data
-> download-monitor/v1/templates
2 – Configure Endpoints: The support team will guide you on where and how to add these endpoints within the iThemes Security settings.
Can you advise please?
]]>From checking the forums and support board messages I’ve noticed a pattern of people missing certain endpoints or features of Woocommerce on their sites. I’m experiencing something similar where no orders are coming through for users when they go to “/my-account/orders”. I’ve done several checks but still nothing seems to be working. I’m not sure when this error occurred but my guess is within the last week or month?
I sell digital products, and have done testing on the account I shared above (even doing a new order before I shared the screenshot). Whenever users visit /my-account/orders – it just shows their “/my-account” page which isn’t reflecting their purchase history.
My site’s versions:
WooCommerce – Version 9.1.5
WordPress – Version 6.6.1 (also was an issue for Versions 6.5.5)
Things I’ve done to try to fix:
– Save Permalinks
– Update both Woocommerce & WordPress
– Delete Website Cache
– Send a new test order (confirmed it was accurate)
– Tested on multiple accounts on the site
– Checked endpoints on Woocommerce (WooCommerce Settings -> Advanced)
I just don’t see the Orders Tab at all on the page. Previously this was there but now it’s just gone. A solution immediatley would be great!
The info showns on our error_log, example on 1 minute:

I want to find out if there is a REST api endpoint for this? Currently I don’t see the same results on my frontend form as I do on {site_url}/wp-json/wp/v2/search/?search={searchterm}, so is there a special endpoint that I need to make use of in the api? Or is there a different way of searching via the API?
]]>I want to add a “Members only” tab in the “My Account” section, where registered customers can get news on new music/merch etc. So I’ve created the Members Only page, designed it, put my content on there, but I want it to be part of the “My Account” section of the website, with the URL to match so to speak (domain-name/my-account/members-only). I don’t want the “Members Only” section to be visible to anyone who is not a member.
If I just put the page link in as normal (domain-name/members-only), that page will be visible to anyone with the link right, wether logged in or not?
Is there a way to do this?
]]>Hi, I have an issue with the plugin, when installed all my woocommerce endpoints (orders, address, account detail etc) refresh the “My account” page, instead of going to the dedicated page. After troubleshooting (disabling all plugins, clearing cache, WP orignal theme etc..). The problem occurs only when the plugin is activated.
Here’s a loom to illustrate the issue
Thank you for your help
]]>When both plugins are activated the Woocommerce /my-account/lost-password/ endpoint is overridden by the other plugin’s /users-account/lost-password/ endpoint.
Yet Woocommerce forces User Registration “lost password” endpoint to produce a 404 error.

What efforts can I take to resolve this conflict issue so that site users can access the “Reset Password” process?
