Glossary page on my website loads in endless loop. Tried every setting possible in my Version 4.2.4. I use CM Glossary for many years and this is the first time I encountered endless load loop problem.

We still must have to stay on V 1.11.1 of your amazon plugin and just because a bug in amazon plugin is still not fixed. We are waiting now since 11 months. Where is the problem why you can’t fix this bug?

Please we need a solution here. We really want to update this amazon plugin.

Still endless loop in checkout

Now, the new version to amazon pay plugin is there. Version 1.13. There was the information that this will be fixed with the next version of Amazon Pay Plugin.

But this issues with endless loop still exists. Why is there no possibility to get this working? With version 1.11.1 of Amazon Pay plugin everything is working nice.

Blog’s RSS URLs now going in endless redirect loop – please help

We’ve been using Feedburner for our RSS feed for over ten years without any hassle. We recently tried to switch to an alternative RSS service called follow.it. In order to be able to do this, we disabled Feedburner and set-up a permanent redirect as per their instructions (“This feed is permanently redirecting to source feed”).

The issue is none of our blog’s RSS URLs work anymore.

The error message they present is along the lines of:

“This page isn’t working .
feeds.azam.info redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”

The redirect flow seems to be as follows:

https://feeds.feedburner.com/azam -> https://www.azam.info/?feed=rss2 -> https://www.azam.info/feed/ -> https://feeds.azam.info/azam

Redirectdetective.com and other tools show that from the latter it then goes back to https://www.azam.info/?feed=rss2 and then to https://www.azam.info/feed/ and so on and so forth, in an endless loop.

As there is no folder or file in our file manager that is causing the redirects, it must be something within WordPress, one or more of its plugins, Feedburner or follow.it/follow.it’s plugin that is causing the redirects?

I’ve tried to identify what it is and thereby rectify it, but to no avail.

I’ve tried to activate and deactivate the two RSS WordPress plugins we have for our blog several times, but they haven’t enabled the RSS to work. The plugins are Follow.it (“Feedburner Alternative and RSS Redirect Plugin”) and the Feedburner one we’ve always had active (“Feedburner FeedSmith”).

What may I do to fix this so the RSS is working for our blog please?

We could break down the problem to the followig code:

woocommerce – checkout.js – line 418 -> triggers updated_checkout

amazon pay – amazon-app-widgets.js – line 385 -> calls wcAmazonWalletWidget

amazon pay – amazon-app-widgets.js – line 427 -> sets onPaymentSelect: wcAmazonUpdateCheckoutAddresses

amazon pay – amazon-app-widgets.js – line 254 -> triggers update_checkout

woocommerce – checkout.js – line 242 -> leads to line 418 (first entry)

We hope this helps to fix the bug.

Hi, i am trying to import Astra “Plumber” demo site. i tried many time but always stuck in the importing process. it starts creating the same About us page with an endless loop.
Is there any way to fix it?

WP creates parent posts

I have Pods to create custom post type, in this case ‘vertolker’.
I have WPUF installed for front end publishing, set to pending review.
In WPUF I created a form ‘Vertolker’ which works fine, safe for the field ‘add image’. When this is included, when publishing the post, the message is: invalid post ID.
I then return tot he post, the wheel is spinning and does not stop, suggesting an endless loop.
I refresh the page, the post reappears, but without the uploaded image.
I publish the post and end up with two posts, one being the child of the other.
I add an image or change any field and in updating another child post is created.
I have searched everywhere, but have no idea why this is happening.
It must be to do with the uploaded images. No other field created this problem.

wp-admin-> wp-login redirect loop

Hi I left my site about a week now just functioning properly, did a backup and was just waiting for launch but since yesterday I have been unable to log into the dashboard. It just redirects/loops from wp-admin to wp-login and stays on the same page. I have run through the internet and tried every possible trouble shooting solution to no avail.
1. cleared browser cache and cookies
2. deleted the .htaccess file
3. set the urls in the db
4. delete the login.php file in case of corruption and replaced with original fresh wordpress file
5. restored the site from a backup
6. disabled all plugins
7. changed the site back to the default theme

All of this and nothing. I even did a manual restore. Today I attempted to do a fresh install of wordpress and it froze on the wordpress wizard to set up the database and I noticed in the url there was ….wp-admin…it looped constantly from that point didn’t let me go further.

I am hosting with go daddy, I called them, they reset many things on the server but they said it doesn’t seem to be on their end. I have many other wordpress sites on different accounts all hosted with go daddy no other is giving this problem.

The front end shows fine (after re-enabling the plugins of course)

Can anyone assist me I am really stuck

Jetpack keeps on reconnecting widgets.wp.com on Firefox safe mode.
The page looks OK but loading never ends.

This phenomena does not occur with Chrome nor latest IE 11
PC running windows Vista, 64 bit.

Automatic Update from 4.0.1 to 4.1 broke admin

Hi,

Currently we’re using SG CachePress on WP 4.0.1. When I executed the 4.0.1 to 4.1 WP automated update it went into the endless “your wordpress database is already up to date” loop whenever trying to access the admin screens. Renamed /wp-content/object-cache.php to /wp-content/object-cache.php.bak where it broke the plugin, SG CachePress, and re-enabled the admin screens on the site.

Same issue appeared with earlier versions and how to fix, but different plugins, same symptoms.

I passed this to the real web developer at the office and let you know if we just reactivated the plugin or not. Seems like it cached the admin pages.
