Hello!

I have a gallery and all the photos in it are the same standard format (2:3). But when I add images to the gallery, some very strange things happen. Empty spaces appear uncontrollably, and the grid of images is uneven everywhere. There are no such problems in the gallery examples. How can I fix these points in order everything looks like in the preview that you post as an example?

I don’t read code so work visually. After Dreamhost did some updates black boxes appeared, like empty spaces on the fifth line down of this page, breaking up my gallery of paintings.
On my desktop, it’s two black boxes. On my ipad I find 4 of them.
Can anyone figure out why they appeared? I’d sure appreciate any suggestions. Dreamhost doesn’t help with design problems. I’m using the “Work Child” theme.

Attribute Value not shown csv import

Hey guys,
i got some problems with the csv – import of oiur products.
I already started a topic once but that was closed since i missed to answer quick enough.

Here are our problems:

1. If we import products via csv and the attribute value exceedes about 200 characters it is not shown in the front end. For example we got the attribute ingredients, if there are more then 200 characters the value field stays empty.

2. Ingredients have to be sorted by a specific rule in germany (ascendent to their occurrence) . If we import the values ( which is a short text wihth commas) the text gets sorted alphabetically after the import.

3. Our product list shows a different amount of products on some pages. It varies from 9 – 12 and contains empty spaces sometimes.
Is this a pagination problem?

Remove title and unwanted space on top of email content

Hey @haet,
although several people here posted about the large gap on top of email content, which still exits and is really annoying, I also have the issue, that the </code> doesn’t get displayed, although it is definitely in the source code of the mail content: <pre><code> <title>Email subject which isn't displayed

In your test email everything looks good, but for example on Gravity Forms notifications the title is only used in the source code and not displayed.

Is thre a solution to simply remove the title from the content section altogether?
And: When will you be able to remove unwanted empty spaces, like the three
s and the empty

on top?

Hi!

Thanks for the plugin! I’m having a weird problem with it. I have my authors listed, but in the middle of the list, there are four empty spots. Why and how can I remove them? This happens even without any CSS.

Also I’d like to get the upper row sorted, but don’t know why the names go as they do, that’s probably because of my CSS.

I love your plugin. However, I just detected an issue in my WordPress.
Let’s say I have this structure:
[CBC show=”y” country=”us” html=”none”]
2 lines of content
[/CBC]
[CBC show=”y” country=”co” html=”none”]
2 lines of content
[/CBC]
[CBC show=”y” country=”mx” html=”none”]
2 lines of content
[/CBC]
[CBC show=”n” country=”mx” html=”none”]
2 lines of content
[/CBC]

Let’s say we are in Spain. It should only show the last CBC box. That’s what it does. However, the first 3 boxes give some
lines in the HTML.

That’s annoying, because a huge empty space appears.

Can you help me, please? Thanks!

In the above link can be seen an example of space wasting areas in a bio box. I don’t believe there is any controls for this in the settings, so I wonder why it’s happening and what I can do to move the bio text to fit around the author picture. Thanks.

WP creating empty spaces in posts

When I create a post that includes pics, I arrange the appearance where I want text and pics to be.
What typically happens after saving is that WP creates large empty spaces between pics and text. If I try to fix it WP puts the spaces back in again. I’ve looked for discussions about this but haven’t found anything. Can someone explain why this is happening and what I can do to ensure the posts appear the way I want then to?
