I just installed this plug-in and I’m having a hard time finding out where I can get info about subscribers. Finally, their support assisted me with storing data on mypopups, where they provided an option to download all e-mails. However, when I downloaded the file in.csv format, there was no data in the file. It was totally empty. Please assist me in determining how to resolve this problem.

Hello,
I don’t know if this is after a latest update, but I have a couple school groups that I use this plugin for their sites, so after the summer I came back to create a report and now it downloads an empty file where there should definitely be records. I’ve double checked that I do have the proper filters selected.

I have the following version:
Wordpress:
WooCommerce 3.7.0
WooCommerce Simply Order Export 3.0.12
WooCommerce Simply Order Export Add-on: 3.5

Have those been tested?

Hello,

with the newest version 1.3.19 of the plugin the “Download label” function does not work correctly. The downloaded pdf file es empty.

The label is created correctly at DHL.

Test:
With the plugin version 1.3.18 everything works fine.

I tested it with WP 5.2.1 and older 5.X.X versions.

When I export the user data into a CSV file, the application generates an empty file. After some Google-ing I came to this site:

It seems that when using PHP in secure mode, you need to add the location of the file to the list of approved directories in the php.ini. As far as I can see there is no setting to provide a custom path where the generated files are stored prior to downloading.

Is there a way to specify a file location on the server, so that only that location can be added to the PHP.ini settings?

Cannot import XML file

I have tried and tried again to upload the XML file I’d made from my WP site, which I was attempting to use on a newly hosted version of the site. I keep getting a message that it is a blank file. After rather a lot of wasted time on attempts and breaking the file into smaller and smaller pieces, I have given up. I just lost ten years worth of work, and I’m not happy.

Podcast download button is downloading 0kb file

The Podcast download button on my website is downloading a 0kb file with the correct filename on my site.

I’ve hidden the download link so that my viewers don’t try to click on it. The code is still there if you use an inspector – it is directly below the media player. The download link for that podcast is:

But if you go to that link, you only get a 0kb file. You can play the podcast via the media player which verifies that there is nothing wrong with the file.

I am running some plugins, notably Redirection and W3 Total Cache but the problem was still occuring when I disabled them so they are not causing the issue.

I downloaded word press version 3.1.3 and I followed the five-minute-word press set up, unfortunately I am not getting my word press set up in five minutes as shown in the word press video.

The file named wp-content-sample.php I renamed it as to the instructions in the video, but I proceeded to open the file and there is nothing in there. There isn’t even a down arrow on the side to let me know how far down the page I am. Is that an empty file. The information is different to the contents in version 3.1.3. Anyone else using that version and what did you get in the wp-content-sample folder?

Hi WP Guru,
It was very weired while working with my header.php file through Web browser Edit Theme interface tonight. It was fine to press “Update” to deliver changes at the beginning . However, there were a moment, The file got a blank in content.

– Checked file size, the header.php is 0 byte.
I replaced the problem file with an older file from the backup theme folder, the file turned to be normal (smile). Tried the Page through html link, the header.php was still empty (hair up). A Web page missing a header, it can get no where (mess up the format everywhere)(ref: html://overseastudent.ca). I punched my head ten times…

– Switched back and forth the themes, did not do the magic too

– File’s permission is checked too, not suspecting found

I do not think this was caused by personal mistake, but system error. Any quick solution? I do need my site up and run in a hour or two to show it to my client. Guru, please help me fix my Header(php).

Export file empty?

When I try to export my blog via the Export function, the resulting file is empty. Whether I select all authors (though I am the only one) or just my name, the result is the same: an empty file.

I have had this problem for a long time. I was hoping 2.8 would solve it, but it does not.

What is the problem?
