2. Do you integrate with WPAllImport to import jobs from CSV or XML?
3. Do candidates and employers have access to analytics from their dashboards?

This is needed so that everyone can work as a team to post and or edit/delete job openings.
But in testing, if a user with the role of Employer views all jobs in the Job Dashboard and clicks to edit a job listing that someone else created, they get a message “Invalid listing”. The page will load “?action=edit&job_id=9024” which is the post ID.
I believe this is probably something to do with the User Role Editor settings for the Employer role, but I’m not sure what function is causing this.
]]>I’m trying to set up a page using the Workscout Theme and now I run into some major issues/bugs/UI/UX-problems, which I try to solve. Here’s my list:
1: As a logged in candidate/employer I can send myself messages through the system. This shouldn’t be able. It seems simple to solve. Just hide the “send message”-Button from my own candidate profile/job offers.
2: Even employers can bookmark job offerings from their competitors, which makes zero sense. The menu-item “My Bookmarks” should’t be there in the Employers-dashboard. It only makes .sense in the Candidates-dashboard
3: This is a major one! As a Candidate, if I write a message to an Employer, I see the message in my Candidates Dashoboard. But I have no possibility to find out to which specific employer or to which specific Job offer I wrote the message. I can only see the logo of the employer and a button-like tag with the job title > both should be linked to the specific pages, so that I have a chance to find out to which Job-offer/Employer I sent a message.
4: Concerning the messaging-system, this is a huge no-go: Both, Candidate and Employer are able to DELETE the complete conversation, without any futher confirmation-alert. Doing so, the conversation get’s completely erased in both profiles! It should only be possible to clean-up my own roll, so if one decides to delete the conversation it should stay intact for the other party, in order to be able to review details of the conversation.
5: Still in the messaging-system: Clicking on the avatar-images of the conversation-parties, I end up on a page, saying: Autor:_________ nothing found.
These should lead to the Empoyer-page, respective the Candidates-Profile
6: There is a “My Orders” Page in the “My Account” section of the Dashboard-menu, showing all purchased packages. Since only employers can purchase Job-Submissions, this Menu-item should only be visible on the Employers Dashbord and not also on the Candidates Dashboard. If I hide it via CSS it gets hidden on both profiles.
Has anyone run into this issues too and maybe solved them somehow?
I’d be glad, if I get some solutions from you. Any idea is highly appreciated!

I am in need of a plugin that does the following:
Applicant registers as a user.
User needs to fill in form.
Form can be several pages long, with the ability to add fields as needed (i.e. previous addresses, employers, etc.).
Applicant can choose recipients to submit the form to.
Applicant control panel indicates status of each submission (sent, received, reviewed, etc.)
On the other end:
Company registers as a user.
Fill in opening description.
Control panel shows applicants and allows review/print/download of forms.
Also allows to select application status.
Is there a plugin that does the above, or do I need to find a freelancer?

Note: I’m only looking to send a notification email, not change the approval process (currently Employers are automatically approved).
Ultimately, I’m trying to stop random people from signing up as Employers, and gaining access to our database of candidates/resumes.

]]>However, when I login as one the fictitious employers, under the default “Employer” role, I can’t see the listing. Am I missing something? Just wondering if an employer might be able to delete a job after it’s approved and posted, if so desired.
