We are currently trying to send a confirmation email to 2 different email addresses when a client tries to book a service. How can we manage to do this ?
Thank you in advance for your quick reply.
Greetings,
Diogo Martins
Whilst seeking to fix this myself (attempt to edit templates) I noticed that Sydney: No sidebar Page Template?(post-templates/post_nosidebar.php) has a part formed php tag at the end of the file – line 30/31 …
<?php
get_footer();
I do not know if that is relevant or of concern requiring correction.
]]>However, for Joy Bryant under “Elementary,” wordpress will not save any descriptions that I make for her. Anything I write in the “Employee position” or “about employee” box simply disappears after hitting update. It’s allowed for a picture to be added and her name/title, but that’s all.
Anything else I try and update, the page spins for several minutes showing that it’s processing, and I’m then returned a wordpress error. The error is HTTP ERROR 500. I’ve tried using simple html, plaintext, etc, nothing will save.
Any recommendations? I’ve tried using a different device, clearing browsing history/cache, etc., all to no avail.
]]>First off thank you team for the great plugin, I am using the free version of the plugin and so far has been great addition to my start up business and am looking in purchasing the premium version soon.
A couple of thing I am confused, it looks like when a customer books an appointment the notification email gets sent out successfully. What I am having an issue is I am not getting notifications to my employee email.
I am not sure if there is anything wrong with my configuration but the “FROM” in the “Notifications” settings page is set to the same email address as the email that I would like to be receiving the emails from. Additionally, I am not getting any SMS notifications.
I noticed I cannot access the employee settings under “Roles” and that has me thinking. Are these features only available in the premium version?
]]>When trying to assign user switching to our ‘manager’ slug (to switch to their employees) the store number is used as the unique identifier to match the employee with their manager.
We have one manager who oversees two stores and I can’t get the second store employees to show up in our table to ‘switch to’. WordPress only allows one store id in the company info so I am wondering if I can assign specific users to a manager’s switch ability directly through wp-admin.
Thank you for any help
