As we are testing,
– I’ve pasting with details similar to your docs on the ‘text’ mode of normal editor.
– The video i embedded is from YouTube but is has custom player on top of it
– As, i preview, it showed the custom player perfectly. But as I use the permalink to the courses section, it revert back to normal YouTube video!
– I don’t know why or which config make it delete the js player from showing?
Is there a way to show the custom player?
Thank you,
I’m using the most recent version of DIVI as well as the most recent version of SM. I can’t use pro because it breaks Divi with a “builder timeout” error.
Forgive me, I’m still pretty green at all of this, so I might come off a bit dumb. So just hang with me a minute, then you can call me dumb and help me fix my problem. I’m good with that.
I’m trying to pull some of the information from the most recent sermon and drop it into the homepage of the site so visitors can quickly get served the most recent sermon dynamically. I’m trying to get the YouTube embedded video, sermon title, date taught, and teacher’s name. I’m seeing some shortcode that’ll get me sort of where I want to go, but not quite. I’ve googled to try and find some shortcode that’ll let me target just the items I need from the sermon, but have had no such luck. Or, I don’t know what I’m looking at and I’ve missed it.
Can anyone help me out? How do I get specific sermon fields into other site pages?
Seriously Simple Podcasting natively supports videos, but it seems I can only present users with either the audio or the video, not both. I’d like to make sure the audio-only is always available with each episode, but also be able to track listens from the video player in the stats.
Is there a way to tweak SSP to show (and track listens for) both versions?
Or, alternatively, is there a way to track the embedded video plays as well?
That’d be awesome.
I have searched the FAQ and forums – but cannot see this issue.
I have an embed Youtube Video on this page – but I get Google Search console error saying video is missing – which is correct I cannot see embedded video on this page.
I am just using standard reader output.
Any idea?
Thanks in advance!
I need help. I embedded a couple videos on my page but a get another grey square above my video. I have no idea what to do. I embedded the same video at the home page and it shows just fine. I need help please.
I’ve added a preview video for my course (embedded) from the main course page using the ‘Video’ option at the bottom but it won’t display on the page.
It was previously working, so I don’t know what’s happened.
Any ideas, please?
It has been embedded from JW Player as with all of my other videos, each of which load fine.
Thanks in advance,
Andy
In this area, some videos will be published which must not be downloaded or shared.
This is the problem: how can I protect these videos?
Someone told me I need to convert them to .m3u8 so that, even if downloaded, they can not be played.
Would this be enough?
Thank you
