1) WordPress updated to latest version
2) WooCommerce updated to latest version
3) WooCommerce database updated
4) WooCommerce Stripe Plugin Updated to latest version
5) Also updated Booster plugin from version 5.4.6 to version 5.6.7
After updating all of the above, we stopped receiving the customized email notifications. I ran tests on all other contact forms on the website, tried out different emails, etc. and all worked except this customized email I created through Booster. I could not get it to work. I ended up just reverting back the Booster plugin to version 5.6.7. and kept all other plugins, mentioned above, updated.
This fixed the issue. Something about the the latest version of Booster, isn’t compatible. I hope this helps you (the developers). I look forward to a fix on this so I can update.

]]>I recently updated the plugin to Version 7.5.4, once updated this stopped any emails going from WordPress. I noticed I was not receiving the alert emails, the only thing I had updated on the website was the WordFence plugin. It also stopped any emails being received from other plugins on the website so none of the emails were working. Once I uninstalled the plugin all emails started working again.
I’m not sure why the new version stopped emails being sent from WordPress. If this could be fixed or the issue looked into that would be great. I don’t want to have to swap from Wordfence as it’s a great plugin but emails are more important for the website.

I have set up LMS on my wordpress website, to my surprise no emails are delivering, I used the Email Log plugin to confirm if mails were actually sending, It showed that emails were sending, but I never receive any email. I have used several email addresses and none is delivering, Kindly advise.

]]>All of the settings seem to be correct in the email tab of WooCommerce settings. Nothing appears to be different from how we originally set it up (and it was working fine until recently). But now neither my client nor her customers are receiving any emails regarding orders.
I changed my client’s destination email to a secondary email address to see if that helped, but no luck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
]]>I have been experiencing for a few days now that the email function to the Plugin isnt working.
I have tried using 4 or 5 different SMTP plugins, and both SSL and TLS on my SMTP end. I have tried going back to using the standard mail() aswell and nothing seems to be working.
Is there any reason for this happening or could someone give me some advice on potential fixes?

]]>The plugin was working fine about a few days back. But now the mails are not being received by the user or the admin. I am not getting new registration emails. Users are not receiving the account confirmation mails. Please rectify the problem. It’s sort of urgent.
