MailPoet has completely stopped working for me. I have been through all the troubleshooting guides in the knowledge base and nothing works. My host, Lyrical, have been into my site to try to fix the problem and nothing works. I have sent messages and tweets to MailPoet it seems impossible to get help. So I’m hoping someone here can help!
I have my MailPoet (latest version) set up with an automatic email when a new blog post is published. This worked successfully until it stopped working when MP decided a gmail address was no longer good enough. So I set up a new email address and put it in, checked it was all set up correctly. Still no joy. I went through all the troubleshooting tips on the site. Everything is set up and connected correctly. I reached out to Lyrical who suggested switching from the native emailer to the SMTP plugin. We did this. Still doesn’t work. There are now 11 failed emails with new post notifications and nothing works. These 11 failed emails have a button saying ‘resume’ but when I click it on one of them, nothing happens.
Help would be much appreciated as I’m ready to delete MailPoet now. Thank you.
]]>We are not using any SMTP plugins to handle the email functions as we wish to keep the site as lean as possible but if there is a recommended SMTP plugin for Goggle/GMAIL SMTP access that has an easy setup and support footprint we would consider its use. I have seen other post that stated they changed to SMTP and the issues were not resolved. We are currently self-maintaining our site and could use some help and guidance on how to resolve this issue. Also, is there a way to view the customer invoice details via the orders screen so that we can send this info to the customers? Please help!!!
]]>I clicked the hollow orange arrow icon to send now but once I get down to 8 subscribers to send to the link doesn’t seem to do anything.
I am now showing that the email went out to 130 subscribers but cannot seem to get anything to send to the final 8 subscribers.

]]>Users can purchase tickets OK and payments are fine, but emails are not being sent with the ticket links. All other emails from the site are arriving and have been tested.
I can see the emails in the purchase report but they also do not send when re-sending them. No errors are shown.

]]>In the last couple of weeks our emails have stopped working through Postman SMPT and we can’t work out why. We have just discovered the issue this week. Can you please assist? This is urgent as it is affecting our business.
We did change the Outgoing Mail Server Hostname and email address in February 2021 but it had been working fine until recently. When someone fills out our enquiry form (https://www.horner.com.au/enquiry-form/) normally an email is sent from our website to our sales team to notify us. This email has stopped working. Because of this people are currently unable to actually “submit” on the enquiry form and comes up with an error message “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” The info from the enquiry form is actually going into our contact Database but the email notification to us is not working.
We also send emails to candidates in the form of job alert notifications from our website and these are not sending either.
In the email log the status for the emails says “Unable to connect via TLS”.
I have tried to send test emails and says “Failed” with the message “Unable to connect via TLS”.
Why have the emails suddenly stopped working and how can we urgently fix it?

When I go to the Post SMTP Email Log, I see that none of my New Order Confirmations are gong out nor at my Contact Us Email Inquiries. All statuses say “Authentication failed”.
When I try to Resend these all I get is a pop up saying “Email could not be resent. Error: Authentication failed.”
What do I do?? (My Post SMTP plugin does not need an update.)
