]]>Some of my customers/buyers not receiving the emails sent using shopmagic plugin. But they receive the woo commerce emails, for example “your order has been received” emails.
In shopmagic, we are sending a welcome email after order processing.
Their junk folder also checked. It is not going there too.
Why? Can you please help?
Thanks
]]>we are using the free version of your plugin. we have customers in 5 languages. everything has been set up, the translations, everything we put as the title of our first email to them saying they will get 15% off their next purchase
we are starting to think they probably do not see the emails no matter what we write. maybe these emails stay hidden in some folder. we sent test emails to our emails to see if we receive it in the primary inbox and yes but we are the owner of the website
the email address we use to send emails via cusrev is @websitename not gmail, outlook or something else
We are losing chances of turning new customers into returning ones and get their important feedback so we can also share it on social media
Let me know soon, thanks
]]>I have checked spam filters etc. It doesn’t matter where I send it.
1. I am using the TSL option with an email address that was configured in cPanel. The email address itself works fine; I have sent test emails from its webmail and they arrive.
2. This makes me conclude it’s the plugin that’s not working.
We are having the following problem; This has happened twice; yesterady and today.
We are using the MailPoet 3 free sending plan and yesterday, when we sent a newsletter, no emails have been received by the subscribers. The Opened, Clicked percent is at 0%. We thought that it may be an issue with the MailPoet sending server, and we sent the same newsletter again today, with the same result – no email was received.
Can you please help us? We don’t want to send again and then the subscribers will possibly receive the email 3 times.
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Marius
I’m having a problem on my Contact Form 7 forms. I’ve been looking and tried different fixes but not luck.
I now have Postman SMTP installed on the WP site so that I can use SMTP instead of the PHP mail() function. The email works well when using the test mail of Postman but not on CF7. I can see though on Postman Email Log that the emails was sent via the CF7 but I am not receiving email on both my Gmail and company email.
Please can somebody help!?
TIA

]]>Everything is working on 2 sites (domain and subdomain)
Problem is that I cant get any email from CF7
Have tried changing the email address, doing tests, it says that email has sent in confirmation dialogue.
Nothing in inbox.
Checked CPanel – the address is there
Address is working from all other sources
Checked filters, nothing there.
A bit stumped.
Is there a logfile somewhere I can look at?
What is next step to troubleshoot?
Thanks
Jim
