Is there a way to change the default subject for the email that is sent when a Password Reset is requested? It is currently ‘[Site title] Password Reset’, but a large Australian organisation, to which several of my users belong, has put a block on all ‘Password Reset’ emails. I am hoping that if I can change the subject line I will be able to circumvent the block.
Thanks
]]>I have 2 products to sell. In the email which customers receive once they buy product, they have the title and specific information of the product which I was selling first, not a new product.
How can I have different titles and information in those emails according to the product which person buys?
In my case – 1 is an ebook and second is a Planner. I was selling ebook first. I wanted to add a planner, but I get a message – thank you fir purchasing this ebook, so on. I would like to have per each product separate thank you email. Is it possible to do?
Thank you,

Unfortunately, I got COVID so was out of it for a while. I’m fully recovered and back – and now I’m following instructions from @m155y5 to post the issue anew.
I’m just copying and pasting from my original post:
Hi!
Today placed our first test order after clean installation.
Everything works fine except the email titles are not changing the placeholders to the relevant data.
All other areas of the order are translating fine, just the title of the email is an issue.
Environment: WordPress and all plugins updated, using this on Mozilla Firefox Browser and testing on Google Chrome Browser.
Did clear browser and WP-Cache between tests.
Solutions Tried:
Changed theme to Twenty Twenty
Tested- no change.Deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommer Services
Tested – no change.Any further suggestions would be welcome.
Thank you

Can you please share which placeholders you are using? A screenshot of your email’s settings may be helpful as well. Thank you!
I’ll upload a screenshot as soon as I can figure out how to do that here – may take a few edits or extra comments on this thread!
Thanks!

]]>I’m having problem sending the most simple contact form. Sometimes it does not reach the recipient. The host (OVH – very bad French host) is saying that forms from the site send the title of the email twice which is why it is flittered by their server.
They tried to send the email with this script and it worked:
<?php
mail('email_destinataire', 'sujet', 'message');
?>
I can’t understand this. I have used Contact Form 7 with WordPress on many, many sites on many, many hosts.
Has anyone come across this problem before.
