How can I configure email address where automatic reply will be sent to when the visitor submits the form?

First of all let me congratulate on this great plugin. All works fine but I have two problems.
01. Mail coming to spam folder always. How can I fix this ?
02. How can I do reply from the mail client?

**Assume I am using gmail address, if I do reply to the received mail address will it send my reply email to the email sender.

When I go to GoDaddy and hit “reply” it wont reply back to the person who submitted the form even though I have theadditional header field filled out.

Here is my current config below. Is it something with GoDaddy or how I have it set up that I can’t hit reply?

TO: [your-email] <[email protected]>
FROM: [your-email] <[email protected]>
SUBJECT: Contact Message
Additional Headers: Reply-To:[your-email]
BODY:From: [your-name] <[your-email]>

Subject: [your-subject]

[your-message]

If they click “reply” in their email account, their reply will just be sent to my email address that’s set up within the ticketing system. So the only way I’d know if they replied is to check my email. Is there a way for when my client responds via email, there reply will load along with my messages I’ve already sent them in the ticket system?

Does this make sense? Ideally, I don’t want to have the ticketing system and my email account open together. I want my sent messages and my clients responses to appear in the ticket system.

But this is not working.. so, what should be the right condition or filter that I need to use to get this achieved?

How can I add a file attachment (the pdf is uploaded to my wp)?

Do I simply enter the link for the file (https://www.sydneyconcierge.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/101-things-to-do-in-Sydney.pdf) under file attachments?

In the email to the New User, the line spacing that I put in the editor is ignored in the actual email. It works fine in the Email to the Administrator.
Mode is HTML.

I write it like this:

Hello %Your Name:%,

Thank you for contacting Soldier’s Roofing and Restoration for a FREE Inspection.

You are my next immediate priority and I will call you as soon as I can.
Below is a copy for your records and

watch for my number on your caller id.

And it shows up in the email like this:

I want to say “Hello %Firstname%,”

But as both names come under %Name% the email says “Hello Firstname Lastname,”
Which of course sounds strange.
