Perhaps creating 2 email notifications and using the conditions section?
]]>The url of the page referenced shows that I (patriciab) successfully responded to a review. However, when I posted the review in the backend of the site, it does not process it properly. Here is a screenshot of what I get: https://snipboard.io/RYLD6V.jpg. My client brought this to my attention.
The second issue is that my colleague receives notifications of new reviews (comments), and we cannot figure out how to remove him from the notifications. This is a screenshot of the body of the email he forwarded to me: https://snipboard.io/Y5viwq.jpg. We also have WP Mail Login installed on the site, and I can see the email in that log as well.
Please help. Thanks!
]]>I’ve used this form for a long time and it’s been great.
It’s stopped working a couple of times but I’ve got it back online.
However, this last time, just recently, it has started doing something unusual and I don’t seem to be able to get it to work correctly again.
When a client uses the form on my site, I receive the message perfectly as usual, but when I click reply the recipient is me, it selects my email by default as the “TO” email.
So it comes “FROM” me obviously because the form is sending the enquiry to me, but when I click reply it is not responding to the function “reply-to”
It always used to by the way.
I have to then manually delete mine and copy and paste the enquirer’s email onto the “to” field to reply to the email.
Maybe that’s just how it is meant to be now, but it never used to be like this.
Can anyone shed any light on this for me, please?
Thank you kindly.
Mick
I am creating a website which lets users create a product ‘tickets’ for an event through a form, so they become the authors of this product automatically. I would like to make it so that when a customer buys a product, an email gets sent to the variable, $product_author.
I tried using some filters I found to add recipients to a notification, but they were only for static emails. How do I do this if the recipient is dynamic?
Thanks

]]>I see how to create a drop down list where I can select one person to send the email for to, but I am wondering if there is a way to allow the user to select more than one person from the list. Perhaps using checkboxes instead of a drop down list?
