Forminator Plug-in / Email Logs – not sending email notification

Hello. The Forminator plug-in I’ve activated for my website is working based on the Email Log plug-in I’ve activation but according to the Sent Status it says ‘Could not instantiate mail function’, that is why I’m not receiving any Email notifications.

I’ve updated all updates needed in wordpress / plug-ins. I could not figure out what’s wrong.

P.S: I’m not really good in coding. Hoping someone can explain it to me in detail on what to do if there is a coding involved.

Kindly help me how to fix this.

First of all, thank you for this great plugin, it worked fine for years until the 16th of January. Since then no reminders go out, except for the test emails. Neither manually nor automatically. I checked it with our email service provider and everything is working fine on their end. Thank you for your help

When I go to:

WooCommerce -> Email -> Customer invoice / Order details
And hover little arrow its says manua?y sent
Also is no option to disable or enable email notifications for Customer invoice / Order details — check box do not exist here liko on other email notifications

hello, for some reason, every email to the customer goes correctly to their email, but the “order complete” email never goes. I downloaded the Email Log to see if it has a problem, and it seems that upon clicking “order complete” the email “order received” goes out. How can I fix this?

Unable to enable/disable email settings

I am unable to change my email preferences. For example, if I want to disable Account Approved Email, it shows a 404 error. Even if I want to make any changes to the email body and click the save button, it shows a 404 error.
I tried it on my 3 sites and every time it shows a 404 error.

we’ve setup your plugin but the voucher (emails) are not sending.

We’re using WP Mail SMTP to send emails via sendinblue. All other emails and notifications are being sent via the website i.e the contact form etc, but the gift vouchers do not send.

email entries not going to ActiveCampaign

I have set up activecampaign. I cannot get email entries into hustle pop ups or embeds to actually go to activecampaign.
I have confirmed correct API and url. I have tried different email addresses. I have deactivated every plug in other than Hustle. I have ensured that ActiveCampaign is properly added to active apps on the pop up and embed set up pages. I have tried with local list on and with local list off. I have ensured that the proper email list is specified (Master Contact List) and this alone confirms the proper credentials for ActiveCampaign as this list name is pulled from ActiveCampaign.

Multiple Selection Dropdown sends the first selection to the email only

Hello everybody,

I’ve been using CF7 for years, but this is the first time I use the multiple selection dropdown feature. So I came across with this problem:
I genereted the following shortcode: [select* numr multiple “One” “Two” “Three” “Four”]
When I test the form, I select multiples (e.g. Two, Three) but only the first instance(“Two”) comes to my email. Did anybody had the same problem? How can I deal with that?

So far your plugin is great and if it works for my client I will buy the premium version so I can integrate with Mailchimp. However, I am not getting any of the emails – notification of a subscriber or an email to myself when testing to see if I get the download email. Can you help?

after requesting a new password on wordpress for the loginsite, no email occurs in my email inbox. I cant continue the process of installing the website due to this issue.
If any support is available, i would appreciate alot.
