Hello,

thank you for this great plugin. It works very good.

One thing I noticed that isn’t working is the email preview. Now this is coming from new updated email preview that comes with the Woocommerce, but it was same before, even when I tried to preview email with an plugin that was made for this task.

When I try to send myself an email preview, it throws an error invalid parameter: type.

I tried overriding the email template and update it with new email structure, but it still doesn’t work so I guess the problem lies elsewhere.

I would try to look myself, I guess it’s a minor bug so it’s not a top priority, but maybe you know where I should look for this. I would of course share my find if I manage to resolve this situation.

Email preview for Dokan

Hi,

I am using the Dokan plugin to build a marketplace website. I recently purchased your pro-version of Email preview for woocommerce so as to be able to preview Woocommerce bookings and Woocommerce subscriptions emails which are add-ons used in the pro-verion of Dokan and it works perfectly.

Interestingly, Dokan transactional emails (33 in total) also appear in the choose email dropdown list in the free version of your plugin. However only few of them work while most of them create fatal errors.

Is there anyway to fix this or do you have any plan to make your plugin fully Dokan compatible?

Fatal Errors on Wcmp Emails Preview

Hello,
I’ve been experiencing Critical Errors on my site while trying to preview a few emails with this plugin.
I’m using Woocommerce MarketPlace along with Woocommerce Bookings.

Severals are triggering a critical error on the site on preview, but are still sending when activated by a customer.
For exemple : Admin New Question, Customer Answer… are causing critical errors.

WP is 5.8.1, WCMP is 3.8.1, Preview Email for Woocommerce is 1.6.8 and pro is 1.0.0.

If you got any tips on this, thanks a lot.

Campaign – Broadcast preview missleading

When I use the broadcast, loading my template and it is ready to send
I click Next and it shows me as the preview of the fist users email address
but in the body of the email it shows me the NAME and email of someone else (not the one from the email address above)

Also in addition it added a weird line
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

How do I remove that? I do not want to chance that the broadcast ends up in the users spam folder.

Messed up email when sent

Hi,

After updating all my plugins, woocommerce and wordpress, the confimation emails that are send when someone orders a product, are messed up.
In the customizer the template email looks perfectly fine, but when I send it (as a test to myself), it is completely messed up. The layout looks weird, things moved to random places and there is some HTML code visible at random places.

Can anyone please help me?

Email Template Preview throws blank page with “Security check” text

Updated WooCommerce to 3.6.0, noticed that:

WooCommerce > Settings > Email > “Click here to preview your email template.”

Throws a blank page with a text stating “Security check”.

Can replicate by setting up a brand new test site with WooCommerce 3.6.0 installed.

Send preview not working

I modified an email template and wanted to see what it looked like however clicking “send email preview” resulted in nothing happening. I even checked my email logs for outgoing emails on the site and it doesn’t show it being sent. So really I have no way to preview the modified template at this time. Please advise.

Hi, is there a way to preview messages from recipient’s end before sending (i.e. see how the recipient view your message with images, formatting, etc.).

Normally the Email Preview box stays there for the entire process, which is great for double-checking, but now it disappears once you hit send. It still sends without a problem afterward, but has anyone else has experienced this or know how to bring it back? I’m using the latest version; is this the cause of an update?

Hello, is it normal to receive the email preview 4 times in a row? i would like to know before people start posting, because all 4 emails had different ways to show the post(First one full post but only text, second was full post plus image, 3rd was the post excerpt plus image and 4th only the excerpt)

Edit: Forgot to say i’m using WP-SES plugin to send all mails from my wordpress site through Amazon email service.

Edit2: I disabled amazon mailing and it still sent it 4 times
