]]>I got locked out of my site due to 3 failed logins (my bad!), the problem is that when I enter the email to unblock, it says instructions have been sent but nothing happens – I get no email. I can get back in the site by going to FTP and renaming the all-in-one-etc folder, but it’s not a viable long-term solution.
Is there any way to fix this, short of deleting the plugin (which I like a lot)?
I have a fixed IP, so no relief there. I know, I should have whitelisted it.
Also, when this is fixed, is there a way to check that emails are actually sent ?

We have purchased the Pro plugin but are having multiple issues with it.
Specifically:
– When we set the emails to be sent AFTER payment is processed on Stripe, nothing comes through (neither to us as admins nor to the person making the purchase)
– If we set confirmation emails to be sent BEFORE payment is completed (which is not ideal), in the confirmation email from Contact Form 7 to us admins, the only value that comes through is the price of the item but not its name, so we don’t know what they have actually purchased.
We have followed your steps very closely and have tried multiple resolutions. We need to make this work and set it live this week so I look forward to your support.

but what’s weird is, when i tried to fill the form through contact form 7, my site send the email to my gmail
do i miss something here ?

]]>Unfortunately, the plugin does not send emails at my site, which is built with Astra theme. Not to me, the organiser, nor the attendees. I wonder why and what I could do to fix it. Can you please help?
I have already ticked and unticked the box in the settings regarding not sending from my own email, the registered one on the plugin. But I can’t see where it would send the emails from, either way. Doesn’t it need my email details and pssw?
This doesn’t make sense. I thought I would let you know.

I have installed your beautiful plugin today but there are two problems that occured. The first problem is that the subscribe button is doing nothing when I click on it.
The second problem:
I created a subscriber via an API endpoint request. The subscriber is added to the subscribers list. It says that the mail is sent. But I received no email. I also checked the spam and I tried different emails as well.
Do you have an idea why this is happening?
