Email Concerns when sending to Any Gmail

I am having an issue with one c panel account using wordpress. I can send to any email and it goes to inbox, no blacklist and all test shows that all DKIM, SPF and DMARC is enabled and workign great. When I send email from server, no issues. When I send from the wordpress website via contact us form or even any test email plugin like WP Mail SMTP, it gets sent, but I am getting a message undelivered from Google to my main server email which is a gmail. The WordPress site just does not send at all. I have other c panel accounts using wordpress and those sites have no issues and they are on same server.

I know the dmarc is working as I can send to anyone else and according to MX Tools and other online test, all shows green.

not sending confirmation email

Hi, we have used give for a while but noticed when a person makes a donation we do not get a confirmation through at our end. i have added a few email addresses to receive confirmation but none work. the test email however does work. can you think of any reason this would happen. how does the test email work but not the real ones, everything seems to be enabled correctly.

This is more of a question. I just recently had to install the free version of this plugin and set it up for Gmail on one of the websites my company runs. We have a Godaddy account, and under that account we have multiple online stores. The issue arose because I have the email address “[email protected]” set up in Woocommerce as the email address that new orders and customer emails will be sent from, but I also have my personal Gmail address set for all of those emails to also be copied to. After talking to the hosting company, they explained that Google is making people go through this whole DMARC thing….above my head. They also suggested this plugin, which is working fine for the site we were having issues for. My question is since my company has around 15 or so of these online stores, each with their own domain…can I install this plugin on each site and use the same credentials?

I migrated a wp site over to a new host. I attempted to use mail on my server and it wouldn’t allow sending that many emails. So I signed up for Amazon SES and everything looks great. The task scheduler says connection successful. No errors. but newsletter won’t go out. Can I manually force it or how can I resolve? Any help would be appreciated.

Forms not sending to email address

Hi guys,

I am having an issue with a contact form on a client’s website, whereby the form will not send to any email address(es) associated with the website domain. It goes to any standard Gmail address I’ve entered with no problems but anything with @mydomain.com simply fails to get the notification.

I’ve asked my web host if they have any restrictions or conflicting configuration issues but they’ve said everything is correct on my end.

SMTP is working as intended also, any test emails sent to addresses are labelled as ‘Success’ according to the Email Log.

It’s a bit of a head scratcher this one!

Emails not coming through

Like others, I’ve been using Formidable for years now. A client recently emailed us saying they’re no longer getting their leads.

We haven’t changed any settings, so I’m assuming this is a glitch with the plugin.
I’ve tried testing the emails and they work, we receive the leads on the backend of the plugin, but not to our emails. Please advise as my clients are growing more and more frustrated. Thank you.

I hope that you may be able to help.
I have been having an issue with clients not receiving a confirmation email when they book an appointment. I have tested a number of different email address to see if this is a glitch and I’m experiencing the same problem as my clients.
I have installed Post SMTP and that is login that the emails are being sent out and but I am not receiving my confirmation email when I do a test or if a client books.
I have checked that all the setting are correctly configured in the Notification Emails area and I am using the “from fixed…” settings.
This issue has only recently started occurring, and I am using the latest version of the plugin.
Please can you have a look or make any suggestions as to why this problem is occurring.

Emails not sending to .co.uk addresses

Great booking system. Really impressed. I noticed that emails are not sent to customers who book if they use a suffix of .co.uk or similar in their email address field. I think this is because the system wants the format of email addresses to be [email protected] or .net etc…

My email log shows that the second dot in the suffix is where it cuts off.

Hi there,

Thank you for the great plugin.
I managed to setup the plugin and tried on my Outlook it works fine.
Today I mistakenly put gmail ID for testing my Order and I realized that Header Image and Footer Social Icons are broken Images. I tried to right click and selecr load images but no success. Email Template is perfect showing everything on outlook, zoho mail and yahoo, but broken only in gmail.

Please can you sort out this problem? Thanks in Advance.
