I am reaching out regarding an issue with a recent gift card transaction. One of my customers sent a gift card to their friend, but unfortunately, the recipient did not receive the email containing the gift card.

To ensure a smooth experience for both the customer and the recipient, I would like to request that a copy of the gift card email be sent to a custom email address. This way, if the recipient misses the email or does not receive it for any reason, I will have a copy available to promptly forward to them.

Can you please let me know if this is possible with your plugin settings? Alternatively, if this feature is not available, would you be able to provide a custom code solution where I can easily modify the recipient email address?

Does the plugin support the SendGrid Mailer email program? When you send the reminder manually, the message “wp_mail function returned an error” appears in the order control panel. However, it seems that the e-mails are sent to the customers correctly. The problem is that the review reminder of the order returns to its original state, and says that the reminder has not been sent yet. What would be a sure way to solve this problem? With which WP / Woocommerece email program does the plugin work for sure?

I am facing an issue with our website’s contact us form. We are not getting any lead submission emails on our official ids. We tried entering multiple emails. When we tried using our personal email ids, we were getting submissions. Can anyone help fixing this?

When someone place the order on my website, It sends the new account email to the customer but It doesnt send any other email after that like Order Invoice, Order Note etc.

I’m facing an issue with your plugin. After filling out the registration form, I received a message saying, “Thank you for registering. Please check your email and verify your registration to log into the portal.” However, I am not receiving an email. If I go to Mailchimp, update the member plugin, and test the registration, I receive an email. I’m using Mailchimp, it is advisable to use Mailchimp or SMTP.

somehow i’m not receiving the automatic emails from learnpress anymore. I tested it quite a lot and activiated all emails, but i get no emails from the “course-actions”. The “reset password”-mail works…
I read about the issue, but actually i don’t want to install a SMTP-Plugin, so every help to get back to the normal state would be nice.
