Patrick had already started investigating the issue before his initial response. He quickly identified that our emails were being blocked by our email provider. He explained that the primary purpose of the WP Mail SMTP plugin is to bridge the connection between our WordPress site and our email service, and he provided a clear and detailed explanation of how it works.
I provided Patrick with the necessary credentials to access our WordPress backend for further troubleshooting. He checked in several times, ensuring I was kept in the loop and felt supported throughout the process. His proactive follow-ups were incredibly reassuring.
The following day, we exchanged ideas and ultimately decided to switch to WP Mail SMTP’s new one-click Gmail integration. The setup was a breeze, and our email issues were resolved immediately.
Patrick was like a guardian angel, guiding us with a friendly and supportive approach. His dedication and expertise made a world of difference. I highly recommend WP Mail SMTP for their excellent service and exceptional support team.
]]>I would like to add all new marketplace vendors to a Klaviyo or Mailchimp Email List, so that I can automatically send them a series of welcome emails with instructions and helpful guides.
I want them to be added to the list as soon as the Vendor Application is approved. Is this possible by adding some function that I can add to the functions.php file?
Can you please help me out or point me in the right direction?
Cheers!
Arjun
When I go to settings, I’m asked to enter my info from Sendlane such as user url, Api key, and Hash key. I know these are entered right. I’ve even reset these and cleared the catch in WordPress.
What happens is it keeps telling me my info is wrong. Message returned by WordPress is Unable to connect, please check your subdomain, api or hash key.
I’ve contacted Sendlane but they say to contact WordPress (you!)
Hope you can help me…
Thank you in advance!

Many thanks

I don’t want to have to go through the mission of redesigning all the pages. I like PageBuilder. The pages it generates are well laid out.
So, my question: Is there a plugin that will lock portions of the content, integrating with MailChimp, that works well with PageBuilder but doesn’t cost an arm and a leg?
Alternatively: Is there a way I can modify the Call-To-Action button widget to do the same job?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Judy
