Is it possible to have the ability to create boxed groupings With/Without labels.

We send these emails to our customers and the current format does not look professional.

I am working on a catering form and I want to have 4 columns of content. I want the name of the food to the left and the size and pricing options to the right. I designed the form already but the problem I am having is when a order comes in and the potential catering customer makes the selection, I would like to receive a email telling me the name of the dish and the selection chosen by the form user. When I do it the way I have now I only get the selection the form user selected but I do not get the <label> name. Has anyone had this issue and resolved it?

It should show in Visual as you expect the code to render, but when viewed after saving in text mode it shows like:

I’ve been using woocommerce_add_order_item_meta hook to send custom meta data to email. The custom meta data has html code which shows very well on front end of the website. As soon as the order has been placed and the email goes, the HTML tags gets removed and I got plain text.

This has been occurring since the latest version.

Could you please help me out?

I’m having an issue with the formatting, on the email that is sent to me for new orders.
The margins or padding is too far, taking up precious space for printing.
If I can add in custom css to fix, please help with the coding needed.

We have setup a quick-quote form on one of our clients websites, but we are having problems with the the formatting of the email when it comes through to the client using Microsoft 365 and Hotmail. It appears to display fine in both gmail and Microsoft Office mail applications.

The email html code has been laid out using tables. Has anyone else experienced the same issue and if so, is there a work-around solution to fix the issue?

I’ve been trying to find a way to easily copy-paste content from email to excel datasheet.

I’ve tried using html and ASCI characters like or  …

..but actually the only way I found to work was to simply copy paste a tab space from word!

In case anyone was looking for that!

So I’ve got a question in regards to email formatting w/ the fields nested inside the repeater.

It appears to me (through multiple entry tests and trying different fields and settings there in the form’s Notifications) that the only way to make any fields inside the repeater actually show up in notifications is to include the opening field for the repeater itself. If I try to use any fields inside the repeater by themselves (in the notification configuration), the email just comes in blank w/ no data displayed.

So I guess in one sentence, is there a way to pull the data from individual fields in my notifications when using the repeater?

(My particular site I’m working with at the moment has three fields in the repeater (in three columns, using GravityForms Ready CSS classes) and I’d like to attempt to make it output the data in similar columns in my notifications, if possible. Kind of like what the native List field does in GF, in how it styles to however many columns were specified.)
