after upgrading WordPress on Synology to 6.1.1 the NinjaFirewall daily activity reports send mime looking content at the end of the mail:

How can this be prevented and I can not find, how NinjaFirewall connects to a mail server and how a mail format can be configured.
]]>I’ve just created a new Form and have selected the timepicker to allow visitors to add the time of pick up using Dropdowns at 15 minute intervals. If any visitor selects the 00 option (so, 8 in hours and 00 in minutes) the resulting email shows just a single 0 instead of 00. Is there anyway to show 00 in the resulting email? Many thanks
]]>So I’ve configurated the email texts and emails name etc in the Theme, but then I receive a pretty ugly format of the email (all tight without spaces beteen paragraphs), is this normal? Would we be able to change its format (email received) when entering the Pro plan? Or even with the Free plan?
Likewise, confirmation of the email was wrong, it said “you’ve received a Payment” and not a reservation.
Thank you!
Diana
]]>I need the email received after filling out the form to contain a click-able link to the attached file (image) instead of OR as well as the attachment.
Is this possible?
At the moment, it is just the title of the image displayed. Can I change that title to a link instead?
Thank you very much
]]>The default email templates for UM2 have code for a white background div that should overlay the grey background, but in my install it does not render, so the grey background appears between every div. Ugly and hard to read. For now I have removed the white overlay div and am using very simple html without background, so standard black text displays on the grey background. At least it is readable.
My current UM install is 2.0.9. This was a difficult update from 1.3.88 to 2.0.4 then through each subsequent update to 2.09. It took me 7 days and untold hours to slog through each function that broke during the update. All my custom email templates were lost during the update, so I had to re-write and format each email template again. Everything appears to be working again now, except for this last glitch with the email format.
Has anyone else experienced the grey background issue? What is the solution?
]]>I have an issue with the Email sent to user. In the Email option field “Custom text to user” (i′m using german “Custom Text in Email an Benutzer”). In the editor everything is fine, but the email which is reaching the customer is not formatted…no praragraphs, everything in one line. I tried pure html – not working. i tried php-mail – not working. i tried to use only “h2”, “h3”-fontsizes -> it is working, paragraphs are displayed, but font too big
Can you please help?
just bought the pro version (paypal bluemo126@…), still not installed…like to fix this issue first.
Thank you, best regards
Moritz
My email client (Outlook 2016) is showing that the messages are in HTML format. I also checked in the iOS email client to make sure it wasn’t an Outlook problem and I see the same formatting issue there.
I searched my WordFence settings and couldn’t find any options related to email format (text or html) or anything else related to how email alerts are formatted.
Here is some info about the websites’ current configuration:
Prior to this new server when the alert emails were formatted correctly, the site was running on a HostGator server and using HostGator for SMTP.
What can I change so that the alert emails are once again formatted properly?
]]>Could you tell me if there is a way to configure the HTML email that gets sent out?
At the moment it is rendering in my browser with Time New Roman font ! Yuck!
So, what is the fastest way to modify the HTML email template?
I can’t see anything in the plugin files, and there does not appear to be any FAQ on your website to explain where the HTML email code could be modified.
Thanks heaps for all that you do
Cheers
