Pop ups hidden behind page header

I’m quite happy with MailPoet except for one problem.
With pop up forms, the top of the form can be stuck behind the page header/navigation. You have to scroll down to be able to close the pop up.

How can I move the pop up to be in front of EVERYTHING on page, including the header?

404 error

I am getting an error 404 on my page of testimonials.

It’s on email form, that the end-user selects a Men’s Gathering, and the writes a testimonial and it gets sent to my email address for me to add the testimonial?

I can’t figure out where the error is, this page used to work?

Block a city

Is it possible to block a city?

There is a woman in Carrollton, Ohio who constantly signs up for my emails with different email addresses. She makes up these crazy email addresses and subscribes to my blog. She used to give her name, Rene Jackson, but no longer does because I caught onto her. But since she always subscribes with crazy email addresses and from Carrollton, Ohio I know it’s her and I unsubscribe her. But this is a pain. Is it possible to block all IP address and internet providers in a certain town?

She has literally signed up for my blog over 100 times and going on 200. Obviously she has some severe mental problems.

I have contacted MailChimp several times about her to see if they can block her via an IP address or something, but they say they are powerless to stop her. I not sure I believe them. But oh well.

MailPoet form isn’t working in Safari

Hey there, I built this form for my client recently to show on a couple of her website pages. I’ve tested it in Chrome and the form works well, gives the proper success message and adds the user to the email list in MailPoet.

However when users see the form in a Safari browser, the form shows, but when you enter your details you end up redirected to the home page. And their information is not logged in the subscribers list.

Anyone know how you can fix this? We’ve cleared cache etc and I’ve tested on several different computers.

Popup & Widget to Refresh

Once the visitor signs up using the “PopUp”, and after the success message is displayed, the success message stays on the screen and there’s no option to close the message box [X] EXCEPT pressing the “Esc” key on the laptop/desktop.
Is it possible that the Success message box is refreshed automatically after 1 or 2 seconds delay? Please let me know.

Similarly the Subscription Widget, after displaying the success message should reset automatically after 1 or 2 seconds? The widget is seen both on Mobiles & Desktop.

Secondly, if someone signs up again with the previously subscribed email address, the Popup and Widget should be able to display a message that you are already subscribed & then the message box should be refreshed/reset after 1 or 2 seconds.

Please let me know if there’s a workaround.

Okay for what it does, but lacking 1 important element

This plugin is a good solution for anyone using the e-mail services it supports. But that’s where the problem lies. They say that it integrates with ALL popular mailing services when, in fact, it doesn’t. It integrates ONLY with those that it lists, which might be many or even most of the popular services, but that does not constitute “all”.

Ordinarily in these kinds of scenarios, if you happen to be using something else other than what the plugin/service you’re using allows you to connect with via API, no problem, you just connect via HTML form. But no, not with this plugin. For some bizarre reason, there is no facility to connect via HTML form. Why on earth does it not have such a basic function? That makes it utterly useless for me.
